Pros:

Посещавам хотела за пореден път, има изключителна локация, красив интериор, ресторант и спа център - отлични!

Cons:

1) В наскоро ремонтирани и луксозни стаи (2 съседни) имаше проблем с канализацията в душ-кабината и събраната вода буквално преливаше.
2) На мен не ми допада прекалено силната “клубна” музика на терасата, която звучи от 11 до 17-18ч. Избираме хотелът за почивка, именно защото е далеч от градската среда, но с тази музика почивката (особено с малки деца) е невъзможна.

Fantastic location and above average facilities
Pros:

Fantastic location, immediately next to ski run. The Finish huts are very cozy and in good shape. Friendly helpful staff.

The staff, food, service and location were great!!
Pros:

The position on the slopes made it perfect for ski in, ski out! The reception staff were wonderful. The pool was a bonus and perfect after a day of skiing.

Cons:

The spa changing rooms were a little small and dated. But I have no other complaints.

Highly recommend it for family trip
Pros:

One of the best things about the hotel is that it is right on the slopes, and if you are a good skier like us it's the most perfect location for you as the best ski slopes are around the hotel so you don't really need to go down in the center where the beginners are skiing. Also, just around the corner there is the ski lift that will take you to the slopes, no need to walk in the ski boots, you can just go out from the door of the hotel and hop on the skis and you are there. The breakfast was perfect, normal food but delicious but very clean and organized. We also loved the spa, and it's great for kids as well. Usually I don't bring my kid to closed pools in the winter as they tend to be cold. but my two-year old loved this pool as it was very clean and warm. Also, the people were very nice, especially one the person that is greeting you upon arrival. His name is Valeri if I remember correctly. He made our stay better, with kind heart and very warm energy, a true gemstone. We need more people like him in the hospitality business. Shout out to him!

Cons:

One of the ladies from the breakfast was very rude as she told us that it is forbidden to pack a sandwich for our kid. Assuming that the kid is very small and we didn't want to waste any food to be thrown away otherwise. I don't think is a big of a deal to pack it with you. Sustainability should be at a core, don't make a big deal if someone wants to pack their leftovers.. Just a small tip for this kind of situations for next time.

kayak bölgesinde sakin bir lokasyonda. kalabalık ve gürültüden uzak. pistlere ulaşım çok rahat. kayak odasından direkt olarak pist ulaşımı mevcut.
yeme içme olanakları gayet yeterli.
sauna ve havuz kayak yapmadığınız anlarda rahatlatıcı bir aktivite sunuyor.

Cons:

kayak hocaları çok yeterli değil. daha deneyimli ve öğretici olabilirler.
restaurant ücretleri bölgeye göre biraz pahalı.
