Affordable, cute, close to the beach. Loved it.

Walking distance to the beach, walkway on the sand, microwave, toaster, mini fridge, utensils, dining ware

Cons:

Glass pieces in gravel lot behind property. Not a big deal whatsoever, just had to be mindful. It was also near the dumpster, so I know these things happen. Def won't stop me from staying again, loved this place.

My stay was great!
Pros:

The room was lovely. The location perfect.
My only issue was was the AC noise throughout the night and the cold air was directly toward the bed.
Apart from that, the room is great. I would recommend.

Cons:

Just the A/C noise that kept me awake on the first night.

We liked the update of the facility and the fact that it was low key and not a huge high rise hotel like most all along

Really cute decor. Clean and comfortable. Close to beach. Staff available by phone 24/7.

Cons:

Our room was upstairs even though the room number was 102, so that was an unwelcome surprise. The room had no chair. A pool would have been nice.

Cons:

One of the windows had no curtain, which affected privacy and allowed too much light into the room at night. Early in the morning, the sunlight came directly through the window, making it impossible to continue sleeping. The air conditioner made an extremely loud and constant noise, which was very disruptive. The pillows were also very large and hard, making them uncomfortable to sleep on.

3 minute walk to the beach, with the access almost directly behind the property. there were snacks waiting in the room and everything was provided out back in the cutest sitting area- beach towels, chairs, rafts, coolers, literally whatever you needed. it was such a good birthday weekend..

Cons:

I was on the ground floor and the people above me were either very heavy footed, or the floor is a bit thin because the building is older, but other than that there's nothing to dislike!
