Eddigi családi utazásaink top 3-as szálláshelye volt
Pros:

Rendkívüli volt az ellátás minősége és a személyzet kedvessége! Az ételek, italok és a programok is nagyon igényesek voltak. Nagyon élveztük az itt töltött időt, biztosan visszatérünk még!

A very pleasant stay- surpassed our expectations

Vše se nám líbilo, pěkný pokoj, minibar, varná konvice, voda na každém patře, hezká a čistá koupelna, každý den výměna ručníků, čisté bazény, dostatek lehátek. Výborné jídlo celou dobu, velky výběr i drinků. Usměvavý a ochotný personál! Hlučný program u bazénů nejméně do 23 hod. Pozor: ručníky na pláž za 10€ jsou nevratné!, dokonce ani nejdou v průběhu dovolené vyměnit za čisté, to jsme jinde nezažili.

Everywhere immaculate food great would recommend
Pros:

It was immaculate staff were lovely nothing was too much trouble - the food was amazing! The only thing I would have to say would be the food - as always abroad wasn’t hot hot - maybe have a microwave in the restaurant if people are fussy about their food 😊

Cons:

An animation team would be good - there wasn’t a team just one guy doing everything in the day and night. And a girl doing yoga.

Świetny pobyt, hotel przewyższył moje oczekiwania
Pros:

Bardzo udany pobyt w hotelu Papouis Protaras. Hotel stanowczo przewyższył nasze oczekiwania w stosunku do ceny, jaką zapłaciliśmy. Pokoje hotelowe małe, ale nie spędzaliśmy w nich wiele czasu. Codziennie sprzątane. Jedzenie bardzo dobre i różnorodne - pomiędzy śniadaniami, obiadami i kolacjami były dostępne dodatkowo napoje i przekąski przy basenie. Baseny czyste, leżaki łatwo dostępne. Bardzo miła obsługa, również w stosunku do dzieci (dzieci same zamawiały napoje i przekąski, były zawsze miło i szybko obsługiwane). Na miejscu 3 baseny, siłownia, zajęcia jogi i aqua-aerobik, kącik zabaw dla dzieci, stół do tenisa stołowego, animacje dla dzieci, wieczorne imprezy dla dorosłych. W dniu wyjazdu mieliśmy samolot wieczorem, pozwolono nam po wymeldowaniu zostać do popołudnia i korzystać z atrakcji i posiłków. Nie mam żadnych uwag. Dziękujemy i polecamy!

We booked a disabled room which was good except the door to the room didn’t stay open to push the wheelchair through there was no seat in the shower no disabled toilet on the floor where the restaurant and pools were
