Fantastic hotel for a 3 star!
Exceeded expectations!
10/10 for cleanliness everywhere, rooms, dining area, pool area , toilets. All modernly done and absolutely perfectly clean like 5 star hotels.
Pool slides great - brand new and perfect for under 6s. Life guards really lovely and friendly!
Food - overall everything perfectly clean and good quality. Breakfast great, lunch and dinner always salad bar, freshly made pizzas and pastas
Entertainement guy great - my kids loved all his competitions.
I read bad reviews about noise from entertainment at night. We took a room not facing pool and all slept great.
Overall - amazing value for money, highly recommend!
1) towels - you need to bring own towels for pool and beach (we knew this before hand but this def knocks it from 4 star to 3 star)
2) room towels - only changed every 3 days
3) drinks - didnt like at all. All too sweet. Coke syrup. I just drank ice coffees and occasional diet coke. Mocktails were all bad becuase of ingredients being used.
4) staff at bar very unfriendly .clearly working very hard but didnt smile and seemed to be annoyed whenever we ordered drinks.
5) food - for a 3 star hotel food was better than what i thought it would be but was definately lacking variety and good quality options like salmon etc. Though we all found what to eat for every meal no issues
6) kids club pretty rubbish. Staff didnt make it fun for the kids but she were great during evening mini disco. Shame as my kids usuallt love kids clubs and staff. This one was lacking and almost always empty

Entertainment was extremely loud until 23:00 and our 5-year old had trouble falling asleep (but our room was located right above the area of the entertainment)

Η διαμονή μας σε αυτο το ξενοδοχείο ήταν όνειρο.
Πολύ καθαρο στους χώρους του όπως και το δωμάτιο άλλωστε. Το προσωπικο χαμογελαστο, εξυπηρετικο και πολυ ευγενικο. Οι επιλογές στο φαγητό καλύπτουν όλα τα γούστα. Είχε πρόγραμμα γυμναστικής κάθε πρωι, όπως και διάφορα events. Ενθουσιαστηκαμε! Για οικογένειες το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Dålig underhållning, drinkarna var ej bra, för söta och för mkt alkohol. Mer variation på maten önskas. Det var fläsk alla dagar i veckan! Hade önskat mer nötkött.

Είχαμε κανει αίτημα για κούνια για το μωρό στο δωμάτιο κ είχε γίνει δεκτό αλλά όταν πηγαμε δεν είχε.δεν ζητήσαμε όμως γιατί αν έμπενε βρεφικό κρεβατάκι δεν θα χωράγαμε. Το φαγητό αν κ είχε ποικιλία δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα γευστικό.τα αναψυκτικά είχαν μια περίεργη γευση
