The food was good, the bar/restaurant staff was very polite.
That i keep seeing the same employees working all day/night long. Some cyprus options in buffet were missing and last and more important that they do not provide towels for the pool, and also do not inform you after booking in order to bring from home, they charge 10/each

Everything. Staff were amazing, friendly and worked hard to satisfy everyone. Entertainment was great even had Entertainment during the day which was an unexpected surprise. Waiters even came round the pool area to pick up orders and deliver which was great . Kids play room was a gift for us as the kids loved playing in there.. and pool is great for kids too, with slides and games.

הצוות סיפק הפתעה ליום ההולדת של אשתי עם שמפניה, עוגה ופירות חתוכים בחדר. על פי התכנון שלי זה היה אמור לקרות עם הגעתנו והתבצע לבסוף ביום השהות האחרון, אך עדיף מאוחר מאשר לעולם לא :)
הצוות השתדל לסייע לנו ולבקשותינו והווא ראוי להערכה על כך.
בתחילה קיבלנו חדר עם דלת מחברת נעולה וזה מאוד לא מצא חן בעינינו. החדר הוחלף למחרת.
בערב הראשון היה מאוד רועש בערב ממוזיקה שהיתה בבריכה. התקשנו לישון, זה היה מאכזב מאוד. למחרת בחדר החלופי המיקום היה רחוק יותר ממוקד הרעש וחל שיפור במצב.
הבר בלובי משום מה לא היה פעיל כלל.
לא אהבנו את העובדה שמגבות לבריכה היו בתשלום.
לא היו מים חמים במקלחת (בשני החדרים)
לכל בקשה שלנו: קבלת מצעים נוספים/נייר טואלט, המתנו זמן רב ונאלצנו לפנות מספר פעמים עד שקיבלנו שירות.
The pools, the slides, the smiley staff.
Rooms were surface clean but could do with a deep clean. The corners had a build up of grime in the bathroom and near the door to the room.
We were absolutely delighted with this hotel. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool, so there was never the usual rush to reserve one, unlike at many other hotels.
There were also lots of activities for children throughout the day and in the evening, including water polo, drawing, and other entertainment options, which kept them happily occupied.
The buffet was excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering a wide variety of choices, all thoughtfully prepared and well presented.
In our opinion, this hotel deserves a higher rating than its current star classification suggests. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.
It’s clean and the stuff despite being full foreigners (which robs a bit from the experience of local hospitality) are really friendly and nice. The pools are good and there is a kids club.
They have music all day long and you can hear it even with closed windows. Also, only one lifeguard so I think it’s unsafe. The food it’s ok but nothing exceptional.
