Una habitación no tenía aire acondicionado lo reportamos y no nos cambiaron por qué señalan que no todas las habitaciones cuentan con aire ... El restaurante me senté a cenar y no me atendieron en 15 minutos y mejor sali del hotel a buscar comida ... Un mes antes había estado ahí y todo fue perfecto ... Está vez dejo mucho que desear por el restaurante y el aire acondicionado

Todo perfecto estancia muy comoda la atención del personal, en la alberca con verónica muy buen servicio , Alelí también nos encanto muy buena atención, la comida deliciosa 😋 y un lugar rico para una escapada familiar de fin de semana!! Un éxito muy contenta!!
