El trato del gerente muy prepotente tomamos un dulce de un recipiente que tenía pero de manera grocera nos lo cobro y si tenía costo porque era para una fundación pero no fue la manera de cobrar y precionandome para tomar el costo de la habitación cuando yo tenía otras opciones de reservar gracias espero lo tomen en cta

La cena estuvo fatal!!! Pedí unas quesadillas y ño tenían sabor a nada, el pollo hervido sin sabor y sin sal y sin guisar la tortilla llegó fría y pedí una hamburguesa bien cocida y la llevaron 3/4 y un club sanduich que solo era un sanduich partido a la mitad!!!! Y pedí hielo y no lo llevaron y helado de chocolate que estaba horrible … muy mal el restaurante

El personal que da la "BIENVENIDA" Sumamente hostigante y hasta grosero. En particular una señorita que me hizo preguntas bastante intrusivas....me parece que era la Gerente en turno. Muy mal

Las instalaciones para niños son por lo que regreso.

Cons:

Sigue sin funcionar el SPA, y los alimentos aunque no son malos, me parecen muy caros para lo que son. Me sirven mejor en los restaurantes de afuera al tercio del precio.
