When all the negative is said,
Staffs service and attentiveness was superb, they really picked the good ones :).
The garden view from the room was beautiful, the garden is a nice addition to the pool area, where there is nice and tranquil (especially since the company guest were not around). And the pool works very nice too (just not the the pirate ship)
So, it appears that this is a former Marriot hotel, that Fiesta acquired - which makes a lot of sense. The level of how the property was lacking maintenance was apparent and would properly cost a fortune to bring back to Marriott level
- Doors that couldn't close properly (to keep sound of company parties during the week away)
- Reception area and restaurant was superb refurbished, but taking a walk around the hotel - kids club was empty (i.e. no drawing stuff, painting stuff, creative stuff for kids - it consisted of a television running and a short motoric skills track (looked like something left from the 90's, the play area was extremely noisy
- The pirate ship at the pool was imo directly dangerous, as it was super slippery, i myself was about to slip when assisting my kids.
- The outdoor kids area, again looked like something from the old days, then there was 8 plastic houses, - come on get a slide and a swing?
- The spa was non existing ie. closed, despite being advertised (it was under maintenance, and i think it will be for a loooong time)
- The food portions/quality vs. price - makes no sense considering the level of food one can get in the city
- Out of 3 nights there was company parties - ie. lots of noise at bedtime and in the night - loud in the other end of the hotel.
Las albercas limpias, el agua de buena temperatura.
La comida, falta variedad en el desayuno. La hamburguesa de pollo en el pool bar muy mala, era como un nugget grande pero seco y sin sabor. Y la limonada muy simple y pequeña para el costo.
This is a very nice hotel the service is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable.
The thing that I admired about the hotel is out side at the front entrance there is a mother and papa dog and their babies. They have a nice dog house for the babies and mom and dad just laying around enjoying life. The nice thing is they have a safe place to sleep, good food, and raise their babies.
My wife and I run a sanctuary and rescue for dogs so this really set this place apart from the others. Definitely a grey place to stay.

La recepción, me dejaron entrar antes lo cual agradezco mucho...
En la primera habitación no había internet y estaba algo sucio, nos cambiaron a otra habitación, la cual estaba en el piso 3, el peor piso, demasiada humedad en la habitación y por lo tanto no pasamos la noche bien , algo descuidada la habitación, y el balcón en pésimas condiciones.
La atencion de su personal, especialmente del restaurant
El Spa estaba en remodelación y no tenían ese servicio. No nos explicaron al llegar cómo funciona el servicio de restaurante, piscina, etc., para conocer los horarios y en dónde se ubican; perdimos mucho tiempo averiguando cómo utilizar las amenidades
La amabilidad del personal donde sobresalen Perla del área de restaurante y Carlos del área del bar por la tarde- noche, realmente son excepcionales en el trato y diligencia.
Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, existen áreas que todavia hay que atender (áreas verdes) pero entiendo que van empezando
El sanitario de mi cuarto (430) no tenía agua constantemente el depósito, se reportó varias veces y aún así no mejoroó, tuve que utilizar el bote del baño para irlo llenando.

Iva por el spa y estaba en remodelacion
Las albercas están muy bien, la temperatura es súper agradable y estabamos en Enero que hacía más frío que el resto del año. Los camastros son súper cómodos y el servicio en la alberca es de primera. El bar y el restaurante son muy agradables. El mobiliario de las áreas comunes (Bar, Restaurante, Lobby, Camastros) está en el estándar de un Fiesta Americana. La atención del personal es de primera.
Las habitaciones no son el estándar de un Fiesta Americana, las camas no son las de un Fiesta Americana. Estábamos en el último piso y a las 4:00 a.m. nos despertaron ruidos en el techo de tubería por algún tipo de problema o mantenimiento. Las golpeaban y obviamente interrumpió por completo nuestro descanso. Una de las camas el cobertor tenía muchos cabellos a nuestra llegada. Lo cual indica que no las cambiaron o que no las lavan bien.

Deben trabajar en barandales en las habitaciones que tienen desniveles... En la habitación que me toco 340 hay forma de que un niño se pude caer
En las zonas de juegos deben inventar en poner en forma los juegos.. Más luz más gocard
