Pros:

The location is great, the happy hour food was excellent

Cons:

The room was extremely disappointing, especially compared to other hotels in the same chain. There was no air conditioning, which made the room very uncomfortable on a very hot day. The room itself was also very small, and the windows opened directly onto a shared public balcony that runs around the rooms, meaning there was virtually no privacy. The room also faced a very busy street, making it quite noisy. Overall, the lack of air conditioning, privacy, space, and quiet made the stay very unpleasant, and the experience fell well below the standard I have come to expect from this hotel chain.

A pleasure to see a beautiful building lovingly restored.
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable and we were able to walk to dinner and down to the wharf.

Cons:

The wine and cheese reception was not what I expected. A liter of Woodbridge wine seemed a bit on the blah side. After all, we traveled to wine country. Not at all like we experienced at another place in CA. The breakfast was good, and a water dispenser was great along with hot water and tea available all day/night.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Amazing location, in the rooms you feel like home. The breakfast is a 10. The ocean view is breathtaking, ++they provide you with all amenities and beach stuff.

Great location wonderful staff
Pros:

I really enjoyed the location of the property as well as a delicious breakfast that was served in the morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The property did not have air-conditioning which at the time I was there was borderline getting warm

The place was very clean. The location was fantastic. The breakfast, wine hour, all day coffee, tea and filtered water were very nice. Plus a home baked chocolate chip cookie in the evening and free parking for one car. Exceptional

It was a nice night to splurge but I would only stay for 1 night.

Great stay!
Pros:

This is a great place to stay. It's walking distance to the Warf as well as the Boardwalk. You can also walk to the shops down town on Pacific Ave. I will 100% be staying here again.

Cons:

it's an older building so there is no AC. It wasn't hot when we were there, but I could see it being a problem on a hot day.

Pros:

Our room was large and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing by the windows during the day and evening. The breakfast was delicious and the wine and cheese in the afternoon was an extra bonus. We will be back.
