Excellent facility with delicious breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast room and breakfast were wonderful. Having a roomy, comfortable place to visit for our group of 7 was a highlight of our trip.

Cons:

There had been work done on our bathroom which left a lingering chemical odor. We were told of this a few hours before our reservation and agreed to stay after smelling it, but it did impact our enjoyment of the bathroom, which was a key feature of the room.

The location is great, the happy hour food was excellent

Cons:

The room was extremely disappointing, especially compared to other hotels in the same chain. There was no air conditioning, which made the room very uncomfortable on a very hot day. The room itself was also very small, and the windows opened directly onto a shared public balcony that runs around the rooms, meaning there was virtually no privacy. The room also faced a very busy street, making it quite noisy. Overall, the lack of air conditioning, privacy, space, and quiet made the stay very unpleasant, and the experience fell well below the standard I have come to expect from this hotel chain.

Should have a grab bar for getting in and out of deep tub.

A pleasure to see a beautiful building lovingly restored.
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable and we were able to walk to dinner and down to the wharf.

Cons:

The wine and cheese reception was not what I expected. A liter of Woodbridge wine seemed a bit on the blah side. After all, we traveled to wine country. Not at all like we experienced at another place in CA. The breakfast was good, and a water dispenser was great along with hot water and tea available all day/night.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Amazing location, in the rooms you feel like home. The breakfast is a 10. The ocean view is breathtaking, ++they provide you with all amenities and beach stuff.

Great location wonderful staff
Pros:

I really enjoyed the location of the property as well as a delicious breakfast that was served in the morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The property did not have air-conditioning which at the time I was there was borderline getting warm

The place was very clean. The location was fantastic. The breakfast, wine hour, all day coffee, tea and filtered water were very nice. Plus a home baked chocolate chip cookie in the evening and free parking for one car. Exceptional

It was a nice night to splurge but I would only stay for 1 night.
