El hotel es grande y visualmente impactante.
Las instalaciones están muy bien, se nota que quieren transmitir un nivel alto. El desayuno, a primera vista, muy completo y bien presentado. El personal siempre mantiene las formas, muy correcto y formal.

Cons:

Pero la realidad no estuvo a la altura de esa imagen. Nuestra habitación (420) estaba junto a la maquinaria del aire acondicionado, y el ruido constante, sobre todo por la noche, sumado al calor que desprendían los equipos, hacía que la terraza fuera imposible de usar y que dormir bien fuera complicado. El colchón estaba para cambiar (más hundido que el Titanic) y resultaba incómodo, algo que sorprende en un hotel así. El servicio, aunque correcto, se siente demasiado protocolario, poco natural, y hubo pequeños detalles de gestión que rompían esa sensación de categoría.

El desayuno, pese a la variedad que ofrece, no estaba al nivel que uno esperaría: la zona de crepes floja, la fruta no destacaba, y la espera en la zona de cafés era larga (aparte de lo antipática que resultaba la persona a cargo). Mucha variedad pero poca calidad.

El servicio de habitaciones limitadísimo.

También hubo un lío con el gimnasio, que decía abrir a las 6:00 pero estaba cerrado, y nos dieron información contradictoria. En resumen, el hotel tiene buenas instalaciones y ambición de alto nivel, pero fallos importantes en descanso, calidad de comida y coherencia del servicio hacen que la experiencia real no llegue al nivel que promete.

There wasn't anything I didn't like but in particular liked the location in relation to the temples

Surprised the rooms have no usb connection .However if you forget the usual adaptor the staff are very helpful in overcoming any difficulty

A lovely place to relax with almost guaranteed good weather in February.
Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good quality massage treatments available at The Spa. Nice pool area.

Cons:

The water in the refillable bottles supplied in the room did not taste good. Not confident where this water came from.
