Oda da sunulan imkanlar daha iyi olabilir. Örneğin su bile doğru düzgün koyulmamış ve tuvalet banyoda aşırı koku yapıyordu. İsmine yakışır şekilde daha nezih olabilirdi. Fiyatına göre idare eder.

Klimaanlage zu schwach. Bei 30 grad Außentemperatur drinnen 26grad. Will nicht wissen wie es im Hochsommer bei über 40grad wird. Badezimmer hat keine Möglichkeit um Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Pros:

Having used Dedeman hotels for over 25 years I was surprised that the food service had been subcontracted to a firm with no menus, no pricing policy, demanding cash at time of service. Food quality was terrible and only slightly improved with a complaint to the General Manager.
Room AC not working - room was changed but inconvenient
This will be the last time I use a Dedeman hotel anywhere which is a shame after such long good service
Clear policy of reducing service levels to increase profits with no regard for customer service levels

Although the outlook of the hotel was old, the rooms were renovated nicely. I used free parking just in front of the hotel, which was fine. It was a nice hotel overall.

Mükemmel bir gece gecirdik ama kahvaltida ekmek konusunda sıkıntı yaşadık….kaç kere İkaz ettiğimiz halde ekmek çeşidi bulunmadı kale alınmadık ve sonra futbolculara değişik çeşitli ekmek getirdiler bir de receptiondaki hanım efendi fatura kesmedi dedeman hotel gurubuna hiç ama hiç yakıstıramadım o sebebten bu alşam tunceli hiltonu yercih ettim saygılarımla

I have stayed at Istanbul dedeman before and that one was great. The hotel as a CHAIN is 5 start but this one was more like 3. I’m not sure if there’s many great hotels to stay in the area as it’s the middle of nowhere so maybe if you look at it that way it’s ok. Room was decent although there were stains on the floors. Bed was comfy. Wi-Fi is good although it wasn’t working when we first got there. They advertise the place as having a great fitness center but apparently it was under construction when I got there. Although I think they were lying because Turks don’t care all that much about fitness soooooo I’m pretty sure they were constructing anything. The front desk was RUDE. Food was super mediocre. It was all kind of eh.

Bir gece aile olarak iki odada kaldık. Bir odanın kliması hep açıktı, kapanmıyordu. Öbür odanın kliması açılıp kapanıyor, ama pek soğutmuyor, orada çocukları yerleştirdim, hasta olmasınlar diye. Temizlik iyiydi, her odanın Tuvalet/Banyo ve yatak temizliği pek iyi. Malzemenin kalitesi de iyi, ama malzemenin bakımı yapılmıyor. Bizim çocukların en çok burayı seçmesine havuz etkilemişti, ama havuz onarım da imiş. Bende çocuklarda hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Kahvaltı da pek iyi, balı petekden alıyorsun, mutfak şefi istediğiniz omletleri hazırlıyor, personelde ilgileniyor...

Great newly renovated hotel. Very nice rooms and very helpful staff. Mustafa in the front desk is very helpful. All in all very nice clean and liveable place.
