La limpieza de la habitación muy deficiente, las cortinas terribles, cuando llegamos la habitación que reservamos no la tenían disponible nos quisieron dar una de mucho menor valor sin retorno del dinero, al final nos dieron dos habitaciones básicas y nos quedamos pero me molestó mucho que no nos dieron lo que reservamos
Beautiful place!
Lovely room. Only problem was they had a system problem and had no hot water for 2 days. Things can happen but they always kept telling us 30 min. No credits, no anything.

Todo estuvo bien, aunque a pesar de que no tienen aire acondicionado por el clima frio, creo que deberian tener por lo menos un abanico de techo en las habitaciones para cualquier eventualidad. Por lo demás, todo bien.
The grounds are very pretty. The bed was really hard yet still sagged in the middle. The traffic was constant and noise was very loud. Staff were friendly. Food was okay.
Escoger el Hotel Bambito para nuestra estadía en Volcán fue lo mejor. Un hotel con una hermosa infraestructura, sus jardines espectaculares, su piscina y jacuzzi. Todo su personal de lo más amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, en especial el sr. Melvin quien nos atendió en el bar y nos regaló una velada agradable. La habitación super limpia y equipada con lo necesario. Su piscina climatizada y su jacuzzi abren hasta las 10pm. Cuentan también con un sendero de 45 minutos el recorrido. Sin duda un lindo hotel con mucha trayectoria. Recomendado.

L'hôtel est très sympathique et idéalement situé.
La chambre était très sympathique. Très propre très grande avec une vue sur le parc du devant de l'hôtel.
Climat assez étrange puisque l'hôtel avait l'air particulièrement vide au restaurant, sol de table était occupé, très peu d'ambiance..... La piscine personne avec la moitié des éclairages éteints...

Just awesome
Clean safe property but a little out of the way. Definitely recommend having a car if staying here. Staff were super helpful. Interior rooms were great but exterior could use some TLC. No chairs to sit outside in and you have to pay to walk in front of hotel which seemed odd.
