Pros:

I left before breakfast was available. Too early to get anything.

I really enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub.
Below…
Bathroom was very tight. Safety bars for entering the shower tub might be a good addition.

Cons:

The pool was cold and not very clean. I was charged for my service dog. Also I asked the front desk if my pregnant daughter and my other daughter could swim they said yes. Then a worker being nosey said I have 10 people in my room which I did not it was 4 and my dog.

I STAY AT THIS LOCATION EVRY YEAR FOR MY FAMILY REUNION. NEVER HAD A COMPLAIT UNTILL THIS WEEKEND. THE ROOM NVER GOT CLEANED AND THE TOILET IN THE BATHROOM KEPT OVER FLOWING AND WE HAD TO CLEAN IT UP EVERYTIME. WE ASKED FOR A PLUNGER WHICH THEY DID BRING TO US BUT IT STILL WAS MESSED UP. WE WERE SCARED TO USE THE BATHROOM.

Other than the smell of the first floor it was a great stay and a very good rate.
Pros:

Front desk was very friendly. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is the first floor smelled of weed. So bad it was like on my lips and gave me a head ache.

Pros:

Pool was nice! My kids loved swimming.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better. Coffee or milk was the only drink options offered. I could have used a water. My son went down with an hour left and they had already closed down the hot station and were out of waffle batter. Luckily he was able to grab a muffin.

Also the shower could have been a little cleaner. There was soap scum build up on the wall and shower head

The room was very spacious the spa tub in room was nice and big also.

Cons:

The room had a wet light mildew smell. It is more than likely from the spa touch surrounded by carpet, with no fan of any sort in the bathroom or near spa area. The dials and switches to the spa tub were across the room which we found rather inconvenient.

Pros:

Staff were all very nice.

Cons:

Children under age 8 were in the hot tube eating pizza and chips. They were dropping food in the water. No adults were there to watch them.

Needs an update, not sure but I think it has the original carpet throughout. Would have been nice to have an automatic entry door for those who use the carts.
