Horrible customer service read paragraph above,had my 4year old son with me ,im beyond upset

I loved the location,the size of the room and bed,the jacuzzi tub was amazing we loved it and the marble wall behind it is very beautiful.

Cons:

The staff was horrible,the woman who checked us in was a total you know what,she was super rude,she literally laughed at us and kept on cackling like a hyena as we walked down the hall to the elevators,I had called a day prior because she tried to charge my card for the stay even though I specifically put that my husband's paying with his card upon our arrival and thankfully I have that card locked otherwise It would've gone through but when I asked her about it a day later upon our arrival she scoffed at me and said it wasn't her and then I said well it had to be somebody then she finally admitted saying well all I did was check the card to make sure its working so its just a test charge it doesn't actually charge ur card and I said well it did I can show u my cash app right now where it declined 324 dollars that she tried to charge me the day before and then in person she was super rude and acted annoyed by my presence and literally laughed at my husband whose a big man when he pulled his shirt down it had gotten caught on the cooler and came up some and she continued laughing even after he fixed it and while we walked down to the elevator and I even heard her as we were getting on the elevator it was absolutely ridiculous she acted like she was better then us and was showing off her Ruby's, which is an easy way to get robbed and just ridiculous im not there for a jewelry show I'm there to have fun with my family and she made the stay awful it was super uncomfortable having to check out the next day so I had my husband just hand her the card and say thank you and she just snickered and said have a nice day and was snickering and giggling like a school girl while we loaded up and left ,probably because we weren't driving a new car or one up to her ridiculous standards ,our 4year old son was there the whole time as well to witness all of this which is what upsets me the most,we will never be coming back here and I will be telling everyone...

Nice getaway.
Pros:

I like the conscience. I like the location.

Cons:

Toilet broke on first flush. They did come up immediately and fix it, but left a mess everywhere. There was stuff all over the floor from overflowing. Also, the breakfast was not good, but it was free.

Terrible! Unsafe!

The pool

Cons:

Was woke up at night by someone trying to break in. The front desk gave someone else the keys to our room. Then the front desk person came demanding us open the door. We didn’t know who it was and the hotel phones and internet wasn’t working. We came to rest before competition and was terrified the whole night and couldn’t sleep!

Couldn't get late checkout so we had to waste time before the gymnastics competition which tired the athletes.

Good, positive, except no wifi.
Pros:

free breakfast, very clean rooms, the staff members were all really nice and wonderful. we got a free upgrade to a suite as well.

Cons:

Wifi was not working, and it was not fixed within the 3 days we were there. There seemed to be no urgency to fix it either. I really needed the wifi to work remotely this week so this was disappointing.
