Staff was great, the cleanliness was subpar. Could have been better.

The hot tub.

Cons:

Smelled like marijuana through the halls, trash bags were placed in the middle of the 3rd floor. Manager closed the pool early due to people not following the rules.

Closed to the highway so convenient. Ok if you only need a bed to sleep in.

Room was clean. Andy at reception was very helpful and friendly. Good selection of cold breakfast choices.

Cons:

There was no internet at all!! The hotel was not even showing as an option in wifi sites to join! If you need wifi, I’d suggest another hotel. The hot breakfast items were cold - so not so appetizing. The ice machine either didn’t work or was empty.

Due to the snow, we were kindly offered a late check-out, which allowed us extra time to relax and enjoy the amenities. The staff's thoughtful gesture added to the positive experience of our visit.
The hotel itself was noticeably nice and clean, with attention to detail evident throughout the property. Our room was well-appointed and provided all the necessary supplies for a comfortable stay.
We also appreciated the quality of the breakfast served. The meal was satisfying and contributed to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Cons:

The heater in the room was extremely noisy throughout our stay, which significantly affected our comfort and ability to relax.
We also encountered problems with the toilet, as it would not flush properly. The flush was very slow, making us concerned that it might become clogged at any moment.
To prevent the toilet from backing up and to avoid the need for maintenance staff to enter our room during our stay, we decided to dispose of toilet paper in the trash can instead of flushing it.

Pros:

The breakfast was nice and everything was fresh, we didn't expect to stay an extra night but the snow storm had other plans. They worked with us and I will definitely be back and recommend for others!
