Hotel pas au niveau de ses prétentions
Pros:

Une belle chambre, avec un balcon agréable donnant sur une plantation d'orangers. Une jolie piscine (mais non chauffée). Le personnel de la réception le jour de notre départ et le personnel du petit déjeuner, très sympathique.
L'existence d'un parking, bien que cher (30 euros par jour mais c'est le prix à Sorrente).
L'emplacement, à 20 mn du centre

Cons:

Les toilettes sales à notre arrivée, sois disant à cause d'un problème de plomberie dans deux chambres. Pourquoi la louer alors ? Ou au moins prévenir.
Le personnel de la réception le jour de notre arrivée, désagréable et condescendante. Nous avons eu l'impression de déranger en demandant pourquoi les toilettes étaient dans cet état.
Le petit déjeuner, dans une belle salle mais très limité en choix, surtout pour le tarif de la chambre et le standing affiché de l'hôtel.

Hôtel très bien placé avec de belles chambres très confortables agrémentées d’une terrasse avec vue sur la mer, piscine agréable, beau toit terrasse donnant sur la mer, le petit déjeuner très bon et varié

Les horaires restreints pour accéder à la piscine, l’impossibilité de boire un verre ou manger sur le toit terrasse

Pros:

Très bien situé. A proximité des citronneraies. Personnel très aimable et attentionné. Toit terrasse formidable avec vue sur la baie de Naples. Balcon dans les chambres. Petit déjeuner très bien. Je recommande même si n'est pas abordable pour toutes les bourses.

Il primo giorno non abbiamo avuto acqua per 24 ore a causa di un guasto all'acquedotto comunale. Si dice che può capitare. Ma le risposte giustificative non erano soddisfacenti...tra dieci minuti ritorna, tra altri dieci minuti, non sappiamo, ecc. Il mobile bar vuoto "perchè dal covid non lo riempiamo più..." Pulizia approssimativa...insomma non sembrava un hotel 4 stelle...

Great place to stay while visiting Sorrento
