Close to venue we were there for. Other then that nothing.
Elevator was broken, hottub in swimming pool area was broken and not working. Vacum was in pool and they gave us additude when we asked to swim and for it to be taken out, because we had children swimming. No hairdryers in bathroom and only had 2 towels and one washrag. Had to go to front desk to ask for more. Got ti the hotel half hour before checkin and they were rude and made us wait until 3pm and not one minute before ti check in never had that happen anywhere if room was ready we have always been able to check in a little early. Poor quality if items offered for breakfast. Then we were told several times they were closing breakfast at 10am when it was 9:30. We left and went out for breakfast.

We had an emergency and we were only in the room for 2 hours so we did not experience breakfast.
Pool was ice cold. Hot tub was broken. Room was not the one requested. We wanted a king suite and got a room with 2 doubles. Beds were very hard.
Nothing
Got food poisoning from the breakfast
My family stayed here twice when in Chambersburg to visit a relative in a nearby assisted living facility. We had hoped to stay here each time we came to visit. It’s convenient, clean, and a good value. However, we are reconsidering our choice for future stays due to the following. During our most recent stay, we ultimately stayed in several different rooms, including two mobile accessible rooms (each different from the other, which was surprising). All had refrigerators and microwaves that were annoyingly noisy day and night. One accessible room had an especially annoying and loud knocking or flapping sound in the wall or vent in the bathroom. One accessible room on the 3rd floor was clearly wheelchair accessible with nice wide doors and pathways but it had a bathtub, while the other accessible room, on the 1st floor, was standard (not wide doors or paths) and it had a roll-in shower. Seemed backwards to us. A roll-in shower makes more sense in the truly wheelchair accessible room. Turns out both accessible rooms had grab bars next to the reasonably high toilets, so there’s that. The lower wall next to the roll-in shower needed repair. We had some difficulty with the original rooms at checkin and the very nice night clerk looked into it and promised we could change rooms the next day when the current guests checked out. The next morning I called the front desk to ask if the other guests had checked out and how to best facilitate the move so we could go on with our day (and so I could figure out if I should jump in the shower then or after the move). I called three times with 10-20 minutes between calls. I let it ring and ring and ring each time, but no one answered. I was glad it wasn’t an emergency. Finally, on the fourth try they answered. I was told one of the rooms we had been promised (an accessible room for my sister who would be joining us) had been otherwise booked and we could not move to there. After some strong reminders that we were promised that room, they eventually found a way to make it happen, thankfully. However, the time for all of that took time away from our errands and prep for our relative’s 80th birthday party that afternoon. We finally got moved and all was fine, except for the noises I described above. Finally, we used the text message checkout system, which promised that if we did, we would receive a receipt by email shortly. Thirteen hours later, as I write this, we have not received a receipt, and yes, I checked my junk folder. Bottom line is, the hotel will do, just not sure if, given this experience, it will do for us again in the future.
Our second time staying. We visited last month and enjoyed our stay so much we came back. Beds are roomy, comfortable and clean as is everything. This time we had the pleasure of being assisted by Pam, in whom we found to be very personal, kind and hospitable. We chatted briefly with her as she was setting up breakfast and her friendly demeanor and genuine concern for guests made our stay even nicer. She was very helpful and seemed to enjoy her work. A real asset to your hotel.
The hotel was clean. The clerk was accommodating. There was a chair and a clock in the room which I appreciate.
I like a paper TV schedule. The breakfast was pretty skimpy for a mid-level hotel. There are no beverages in the lobby after 2:00 such as coffee like most hotels offer. Also no decaf in the lobby. And handicap parking spaces are not real close to the entrance
Great location and clean.
Elevator, pool, and hot tub broken. Had a room with jet tub, but water heaters for building must be going bad-only had warm water for about 4 minutes while filling up all three times I tried using it over the weekend at different times.
Very pleasant and friendly staff, genuinely welcomed our two granddaughters and two fur babies.
