The staff I encountered were nice. The room was clean at check in.
The pool was indoors and the temperature in there felt well over 100 degrees. It felt like a sauna! My family was unable to use it and this was one of the reasons we chose this place. Also my son who's autistic was not able to take a bath because the stopper was broken. He does not take showers. Big problem. Next thing was no maid came into our room the whole stay, no trash was removed, no fresh bedding, nothing. My family will never stay here again and honestly I deserve a refund.
Ease of Check in
Filthy in room coffee maker!!! Only one coffee cup I’d I’d wanted to make coffee mold in tub area. I have pics if you want. Broken waffle batter dispenser.
The size of the room and good ac unit and location of the hotel .
Staff was hardly ever at the front desk . The breakfast wasn't good . The beds was very uncomfortable . When you take showers the floors would be very wet once you're done with your shower even with putting towels on the floor. There where a few things that need repairs . The price was to expensive . Room 119 needs a deep clean and repairs before allowing anyone else to book .

The hot tub was broken and so was the ac in my room. I have a knee injury and the disabled room was up a big flight of stairs.

This place was awful. I will never stay at another country inn and I may not use booking.com again - simply because I don't feel I can trust the reviews. I am not one to complain but there were so many things wrong. Room smelled, none of the ice machines worked, card reader was broken and had to be let in the room each time. Couldn't use the pool.

Lots of things didn’t work. No ice in machines.
The room was a decent size. Bathroom was big. Beds were comfortable.
Fridge wouldn't get cold. Every Ice machine in the building was broken so there was no ice available. Bathrooms in the hallway were filthy. Hallway on first floor smelled like smoke.
Friendly staff!
They weren't able to make keys. The machine was being fixed at the time of our arrival.At some point a random person came into our room stating she had a "master key" and was looking for her room. Thank goodness we didn't need to come and go. Only stay for the night and check out first thing so we didn't really need a key.

Thay put me next to the elevator and thats all I hered all night the door opening closing and the braking system thumped every time it went up and down . I didn't get much sleep
