Clean rooms and area, to include parking lot. Appears management walks their area, uncommon at other motels. Recent stay at your location in Carlisle revealed trash, assorted items(disabled picnic table, light post) in need of repair or relocation. A manager’s job is to view the area, or inspect what you expect!

Extremely Disappointed
Pros:

The staff I encountered were nice. The room was clean at check in.

Cons:

The pool was indoors and the temperature in there felt well over 100 degrees. It felt like a sauna! My family was unable to use it and this was one of the reasons we chose this place. Also my son who's autistic was not able to take a bath because the stopper was broken. He does not take showers. Big problem. Next thing was no maid came into our room the whole stay, no trash was removed, no fresh bedding, nothing. My family will never stay here again and honestly I deserve a refund.

Filthy in room coffee maker!!! Only one coffee cup I’d I’d wanted to make coffee mold in tub area. I have pics if you want. Broken waffle batter dispenser.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The size of the room and good ac unit and location of the hotel .

Cons:

Staff was hardly ever at the front desk . The breakfast wasn't good . The beds was very uncomfortable . When you take showers the floors would be very wet once you're done with your shower even with putting towels on the floor. There where a few things that need repairs . The price was to expensive . Room 119 needs a deep clean and repairs before allowing anyone else to book .
