Beachside Resort Hotel

Upon arrival to the property we made it in late around 1:30 am . We cut the lights on it was a baby roach crawling on the covers. Once I pulled back the covers they wer still stained with food droppings. I threw the sheets on the bed and saw several roaches by the wall . I did notify the staff and told them
I believe the room wasn't cleaned properly after the last person left .

Windows didn't open....
Bed is uncomfortable
Room is stuffy and irritated my allergies

Floors looked cleaned but they had not been moped or they used a dirty mop. I had to clean a spill and the towel I used came up black.

Trash everywhere, room smelled like roach cleaner and bathroom smelt that straight urine

The elevator smelled like cigarettes. The room was FILTHY. The floors was dirty. The shower had dirt and old hair from the previous people who stayed there. The towels had hair on them. The room smelt like mildew. The beds kept sliding every time you sit down. The inside of the refrigerator was sticky. Also, the door deadbolt did not lock. This was just terrible. I would NOT recommend.

In the bathtub, the part where you turn the shower fell off and behind the bed wasn’t “clean” and the lampshades had some weird brown stuff on them

I didn't like the fact that there was a roach in my room. I had to go down to the front desk to ask for some Raid to kill the roach. The wall in the shower was leaking when I took a shower, so there was water on the floor once I got out of the shower. There was some orange object sticking out of the wall going into the shower. Housekeeping didn't clean up the roach, so there was another roach the next day. They weren't able to give me another room because they were booked due to the cheer competition. The phone didn't work, so I had to walk down to talk to the front desk. There was a stain in the wall that housekeeping didn't clean up. So my stay was not so pleasant.

There was a lot of trash around the parking lot and on the floors. Some of the staff were a little rude, giving weird looks to guests and not very friendly. I liked the woman who worked the weekend shift, she was really kind and helpful.

Employees that I spoke with did not seem to care or act like it was their job to help people. At check in, stood in an empty lobby for 20 minutes (yes, I even looked around to find someone,...before the girl came inside to check us in. We told them the coffee pot did not work, told us they'd bring another one. Never did. Wifi with password did not work. TV worked, but had to watch it through a snow storm. Good thing we were only there to sleep at night and gone all day. Other tenants that stay would bring out lawn chairs and sit in the way so you couldn't get by with pushing through people or walking around the other way, the entire elevator, smelled like cigarettes or Pot.
