Close to beach , price
Loud, could hear people in next room coughing, snoring… and also killed a bug on the side of the tub the first night.
The location was perfect! Walking distance to lots of things! Housekeeping was very punctual with towels And taking out trash! The entire staff was super friendly!
The pool area wasn't as neat as it is in the picture. The floors could definitely use a little more cleaning in the breezeways and in the rooms. I had to keep shoes on at all times.
It was spacious and close to the beach. They made sure we had towels daily. Our refrigerator didn’t work so the second day we were switched to another room so they were accommodating
I get that things happen but when we were moved the second room after the first mishap, some of the plug ins beside the beds didn’t work and one minute the light in the bathroom would work, and then the next it wouldn’t
The location was great, right across the street from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
Some of the other guests were smoking on the balcony and we had to walk past them thru the smoke to get to the elevator.
Location is great! Free access to the beach directly across the street, close to the main hwy road, lots of shops and food options within walking distance. Gulf Shores State Park is close by and a great bike ride through. The location is prime and price is cheaper than being directly on the beach. The facility is pretty clean, and it's right on the strip, so we enjoyed the easy access to everything. Plus, there is a back road that leads out the back of the hotel that you can take to avoid all the traffic back onto the main highway road too. Had a great visit!

They never came and gave more towels and bathtub didn't drain well

The room was awful. The pull out chair this was broke. Our door didn’t beep when it locked. The one lock thing was broken. The tv remote didn’t have a back on it. The tv internet service never picked up so the tv skipped all the time. The phones didnt even work. The hotel lobby was nothing like the picture. The maid service never changed the sheets. Only brought towels sometimes. The room did NOT look like the picture. Will not go back. We left early. Days In advance. Tried to leave early and the front office person was awful. Told her my son was autistic and this was just to much she told me to give him melatonin and exercise him more during the day so he could sleep. Who says that. Plus she was on the phone with someone on speaker. One computer was working. The entire experience was awful and we will never go back. Worst 900 I’ve ever spent that’s not gone. What a waste of time and money.
