Read plenty of bad reviews, but I give it an 8 out of 10. No bugs or bad smells like some reviews great for the price
Pros:

Conveniently located, ample parking, great shower, comfy beds.

Cons:

Could use a renovation but then you would have to pay more.

Great location, friendly staff!
Pros:

Great location, clean, relatively updated enough for a beach stay. We didn’t want to spend all of our time in the room.

Cons:

tThe only issue was the sand on the floors but idk if you’re going to get away from that so close to the beach. They did not clean the rooms during the stay, but we didn’t ask them too & we didn’t keep the place a mess so it wasn’t necessarily needed.
