Great spot
Pros:

We can walk to different spots in the strip.

Cons:

Those hard as beds. Really, springs in my back, I thought I was going to roll off my side. Definitely upgrade on beds mattresses.

Overall staff was great but moisture in the room was terrible and made it hard to sleep

The beds (covers/sheets) felt as if there was moisture that caused them to feel damp or wet and I did not like that there was no laundry service or laundry room

Pros:

We arrived late night and left early so it was just a place to sleep. But it seemed nice. Staff was really nice.

The lobby was not at all professional. The front desk was looked like a computer on a fold up card table.

It was decent place to stay.
Pros:

I liked that the property had a pool and was across the street from the beach.

Cons:

I didn’t like how the room felt humid. I didn’t like that housekeep never swept our floor when they came to change out towels and clear out the trash cans. I also didn’t like that there wasn’t much drawer space to unpack clothes in.

Good budget motel super close to the beach
Pros:

We were close enough to the beach to walk, our room had 3 double beds. We loved having a fridge/freezer combo and microwave.

Cons:

The elevator was slow and hot, no AC on the elevator. Our door was super hard to open.

Don't stay here.
Pros:

I liked how close the hotel was to the beach and several restaurants and businesses.

Cons:

There was no breakfast and was only offered a coffee bar although booking.com and Google both listed this hotel as "breakfast included" and when inquiring about said breakfast I was just told "they would make a note of it and that they havent had breakfast in a hot minute" no apology, no offer of reimbursement for the room, etc. I also didnt like that there was virtually NO housekeeping done in my room, even when I asked for it to be done specifically THREE separate times. All I got was trash bags handed to me through my hotel door and I practically had to beg them to take the towels I put in the bathtub for them and for them to sweep. Which she reluctantly went and got a broom and only swept from the bathroom to the front door, no underneath the beds, under the sink, under the desk, etc. Just a straight line from toilet/shower to front door. Also, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and one of them you could literally feel like springs popping through the mattress on one side.

Great location but a nasty stay
Pros:

We got there a little early and asked if we could just go ahead and park there and we would come back at check in time and they let us go on and check in early so that was nice, The location was great, those two things was pretty much the only good unfortunately.

Cons:

Very run down in person, the pictures on line look clean and nice but that wasn’t the case once we arrived. There was holes in the walls, furniture was dirty and tore up. We had to have maintenance come let us out of our room and fix the door bc it would get stuck and not open. There was blood on the walls and furniture. The lights in the room were very dim, and seemed like just enough to get around the room without running into something. We also asked for house keeping not to come in while we were out and they still did (they left their master key in our room). They allow pets which is completely fine other than the fact the people in the room next to us decided to leave and their dog did nothing but bark for several hours until they came back.
