Pros:

A localização do hotel é muito boa. Próximo a estação de trem, ônibus para aeroporto, ônibus turístico passa muito perto. Também se pode ir a diversos pontos turísticos andando.

Cons:

Quarto muito apertado, não tinha onde colocar as malas e roupas,ar condicionado não era ligado, só pedindo. Travesseiros desconfortáveis.

Stanza piccola.
Su booking la tassa di soggiorno prevista era 44€ per 4 notti 2 persone, invece ci è stato comunicato che la tassa di soggiorno è stata modificata per via del periodo e quindi abbiamo pagato 61,60€.
Sarebbe meglio essere più precisi sin dall' inizio così il cliente sa già precisamente tutto.

Pros:

The location is excellent and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Reception staff were generally polite and tried to assist when concerns were raised.

Cons:

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very dark and gloomy. The bright yellow reception area gives a completely different impression from the rest of the property. Once you enter the corridors and rooms, lighting is poor throughout the hotel. We were moved to a second room after complaining, but it was essentially the same room with a different view.

Soundproofing is extremely poor. Door slamming and corridor noise can be heard clearly inside the rooms. During our stay there was also drilling and construction noise in the morning.

The room was uncomfortably warm on the first night, and the air-conditioning system appeared to be centrally controlled. We also encountered insects in the room.

The most disappointing issue occurred after check-out. Following complaints raised during the stay, Booking.com approved compensation of €85.24. The hotel subsequently retained €85.24 from my €100 security deposit, returning only €14.76. In my opinion, a security deposit should be used only for damages or legitimate additional charges, not to offset compensation granted for guest complaints.

The worst hotel in the world!
Pros:

This hotel is a SCAM! The worst hotel in the world. A/C is not working. DIRTY rooms. MOLD and bad smell. The reviews in google are fake. they all talk about conditioner in the bathroom. lol. like we care. its SO OVERPRISED for what you get! Its the level of a hostel for 30$. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

tudo foi ótimo. pessoal bem treinados, educados, simpáticos e prestativos. café da manha realmente farto e sem miséria. estão de parabéns.

de nada. tudo doi ótimo no hotel.. Só o taxista na ida do aeroporto ficou dando voltas para ganhar mais na corrida. tomem cuidado com isso.
