Cheap, clean, cosy but low rent.
Pros:

Location. Cosy, old vibe. Large mugs supplied.

Cons:

Old furniture. Beds soft. Water pressure in shower was low and hot/cold hard to balance.

The lady on the desk was lovely, very welcoming and friendly and went out of her way to offer help and be accommodating.

Pros:

Location and staff were great!

Cons:

The building is showing its age. I had not seen plumbing like that since I was a boy. It served tje purpose I needed as a base to recover after a long flight.

Unclean, noisy and not as advertised.
Pros:

Location was good if you were going to the city for a party weekend. Very close to bars and restaurants. The reception staff were very pleasant and courteous

Cons:

The room was dirty and dilapidated and was not as was pictured in the advertisements. The walls and sink were permanently stained. On arrival, I was told that the noise from the road would be a problem and was presented with a fistful of ear plugs with a cheerful “you’ll need these”. This is not expected for a hotel booking at this price. I left after one night (having agreed to pay for that night only) and after a week was still awaiting information about a refund on the remaining nights. Awful and disrespectful treatment of guests. I ended up staying in a cheaper hotel which was significantly higher quality.

Desperate times....
Pros:

Such a cool location, right in the thick of it. Pancake Kitchen 20 metres away!
Receptionist was so lovely & really made us feel welcome.

Cons:

The bathroom was in such poor condition, We couldn't bring ourselves to shower in it.. In desperate need of a complete renovation! Beds were comfy, but given the state of the rest of the room, staying there gave us the heebie jeebies...
Pretty much the only hotel we could get for min 1 night during Adelaide Fringe though...

3 Nights at Hotel Paringa.
Pros:

It was situated in the CBD so made it easy to access shops,eateries,etc

Cons:

It was reasonably clean& tidy but the fan above shower was a bit dusty,otherwise it was ok!

Excellent stay.
Pros:

Like the location as i have stayed here before and found it was close to just about everything.

Cons:

I was in 107 and i herd noises from the pub next door late at night and voices early in the morning. Sometimes i can be a light sleeper and on second night and the first i manahed to get some sleep. Vanessa at reception was very helpful and told me next time to request rooms 8 or 9 and on the higher levels.

It provided a place to sleep and a shower.
Pros:

Location was good. Staff member was friendly.

Cons:

Your prompt refers to breakfast but there was no breakfast offered.

The room had a single window with obscure glass meaning no visibility. This meant that the a/c had to be on at all times.

The room had not been properly vacuumed. The fixtures were in a poor condition. The wardrobe doors were hard to operate.

There was no place to securely leave my bag.

I don’t mind if these things are part of the offer but they were not disclosed on your website.
