Very convenient
Pros:

Great location in heart of city. Very efficient and speedy lift service. Reception staff very friendly.
Great view from my two windows out along Hindley St.

Cons:

No ABC service at all, common to other places as well apparently.
Soap etc dispensers needed to be filled and no shampoo provided to go with conditioner.

I was very happy overall with my stay and would recommend.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I liked that there was a discount for parking across the road. The room had everything that I required.

Cons:

There is absolutely nothing that the hotel could do about it but as the room was facing Gilbert Place, there was quite a bit of noise from the pub across the street which kept me awake for a while - but not your fault at all!

Pros:

The staff were lovely and it was right in the heart of the CBD

Cons:

The location is dangerous, the room is more like an old prison cell than a room. That wouldn't bother me so much if the photos on the listing actually matched what the room looked like.

Pros:

The staff we had a lovely lady named Lindy from the front desk talk to us she answered a few questions we had, and she was extremely nice and made us feel welcome

Cons:

We had a few issues trying to access our room after hours, but the on call staff were very helpful and got us sorted out quickly

Ease of access. Size of room. Comfortable bed and linen. Quiet room.

Cons:

Bathrooms a bit down at heel. Mechanical building services noise until fairly late into the night.

exactly what I expected nice room very nice staff in a busy part of the city
