Great location. Good price. Not that clean.
Pros:

It is at the center of the city. Almost beside Rundle Mall. Location is top notch and the price of the stay is really good.

Cons:

Its old and dirty. I can felel the stickiness in the carpet and there are old food under the ned. No carpark. You pay for your own near the place.

It was a good location but it was old, needed renovation, and improved staff.
Pros:

The property is very near at Rundle mall and there’s a lot of food restaurants around these area.

Cons:

What I don’t like about is that it’s kinda old but it’s reasonable for its price. my last stay here i pay twice in that day cause maybe they accidentally deducted it or something but i was able to get help thru booking.com. Its very inconvenient for me to call back and handle it as i was busy that day and they didn’t send me any message or anything to apologise but at least i got my money back.

Das Zimmer war ok und relativ ruhig. Der Fernseher ging nicht, man konnte zwar das Audio hören, jedoch blieb der Bildschirm schwarz.

Cons:

Der Check-in war eine Katastrophe! Ich musste mitten auf der Straße die Daten meiner Kreditkarte mit Geheimziffer einer Mitarbeiterin per Telefon mitteilen. Die Rezeption war um 21 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt. Das kann es doch nicht sein! Die Daten meiner Kreditkarte diente für eine Kaution. Hätte ich sie nich preis gegeben, hätte man mich nicht eingelassen. Das war ziemlich ärgerlich.😠
