I won’t recommend it despite its great location as I believe someone is making a lot of money but
Pros:

Air con not working ( was fixed during visit )
No settings on fridge so it froze everything
Chair uncomfortable and too large for room
Tv badly positioned
Basin toilet and walls and surfaces badly stained or dirty
The place needs a major cleanup and renovation
It is worse than shabby and the price was exorbitant
Staff friendly responsive helpful throughout and very hardworking
If you are too money grubbing to spend money on the facility I hope the staff are being paid properly for their effort and friendly manner

Basic motel close to amenities.
Pros:

The location is very central. Close to everything.

Cons:

The room was very basic and had a strong cigarette smell, even though it supposed to be a non-smoking property. Additionally, there is an extra charge if you request standard housekeeping service during your stay.

Good location with reasonable price
Pros:

Good location in the city center

Cons:

During my stay, there were two occasions when maintenance and cleaning staff opened my door without knocking while I was in the room. I can’t imagine how many times this may have happened when I was not there. The staff really need to follow proper professional protocols.

Great location, but feel the room requires much maintenence improved.
Pros:

Location was very close to the city, staff friendly and explained parking and keys, most linen was provided.

Cons:

Primarily the thick layers of dust hanging out of the air conditioner vents and exhaust fan in bathroom were a health risk and safety hazard. No hair dryer and the room needed a good vacuum. There was mould in the bathroom and Toilet roll holder swinging on the wall.

I’m sorry to say this had been by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and funnily enough they insisted on taking a

The only possible thing to like about this property is the location,
The two ladies on reception at checkout were also very friends unlike the lady present on check-in.

Cons:

The property was dirty as can be seen on all the photos.
Fire doors that should be shut were clearly left open 100% of the time a rather strange outside dustbin on the landing which was always full 🤷
In the room the mattress was filthy with no mattress protector. Really no comment for the sheets or pillows apart from thanks for the lovely stained duvet !!!!!
Filthy walls and ripped sofa. Plastic coated curtains that couldn’t be closed or touched really for fear the curtain rail would fall off the wall.
A/C that could be set to one temperature FREEZING.
I’m not sure how to describe the bathroom sink, cracked I guess is the best word!
The noise of the road was horrendous all night…
2 non matching coffee cups, 0 glasses in either the bathroom or room.
