Classic hotel with beautiful garden.
Pros:

This is a classic, colonial hotel with a beautiful garden and an exceptional reception area with extraordinary marble features. The staff in the restaurants are very good.

Cons:

Our first ground floor room was unsatisfactory with an ugly view and no security box. Upon request, they gave us a 2nd floor room with a nice view and a security box. I've been coming to this hotel regularly for 30 years. I noticed the quality of the food, both breakfast and dinner, had diminished. Hopefully next time they replace the cook staff and improve the food quality.

It was a great day & very close to the main downtown of the city!

I being emailing front desk to ask for a receipt of my stay and still haven’t received it. I believe my CC was charged for more than the amount of the night’s charge.
