Es muy bonito y cómodo, esta bien ubicado

Cons:

La puerta del.baño de la.habitacion estaba dañada, no se abría desde adentro y a pesar de que lo comunique el mismo dia que llegue (porque me quede encerrado) no lo arreglaron. Creo que era un tema de mantenimiento sencillo que hubieran podido atender rápido y brindar una experiencia de servicio diferente.

I always stay there. Great location.

Excelente servicio en todos los aspectos
Pros:

Excelente atención y restaurantes riquísimos.
Personal educados, area de alberca acogedora y salon solon de eventos amplio. Tuvieron eventos en las fechas que nos hospedamos pero no fue ruidoso, muy controlado.

Pros:

The grounds were beautiful but there was debris everywhere when looking out the window through the room window.

Cons:

The staff was horrible . My family got there before I did the staff would not let them in the room before they had the physical card . They had the card on file through booking.com . They would not let you book without a card My family had a picture of my Id . I had to deplane with mechanical issues and the plane had no ETA as to when I would get there. My family was coming from a different method and got there first .

I go to use the pool in the evening and the pool is green like mold and full of debris . When I go to go get some towels from the front desk they asked for ID and room number. Who carries there id to the pool . One of the front desk recognized me after the confrontation with making my family wait and was handed the towels
