Pros:

Struttura molto bella ricavata da antico convento, immersa nel verde e molto comoda ed il personale molto gentile. Il ristorante di fronte permette di non spostarsi per cena.
Sicuramente da ritornarci.

Per una notte ho speso 134 euro troppo per la qualità dell’hotel che non può essere definito un 4 stelle, ma che evidentemente lo è perché ha dei servizi come SPA e reception h24

Quite, historical hotel, peaceful patio, good breakfast, excellent value
Pros:

if you (like me) like historical building this is an old convent transformed into a very comfortable hotel. The patio takes you back hundreds of years and is very peaceful.
Good breakfast with local products.
Excellent value.
Nothing within walking distance (a good restaurant just across the street)
Short driving distance from Florence,. Pisa, Livorno.

SEMPLICEMENTE PERFETTI.
Pros:

"Professionalità" è poco. Accoglienti, disponibili, cordiali! Un'attenzione a ogni minima esigenza che difficilmente si riscontra in strutture simili. Sono riusciti a trasformare una serata nata male (figlio con la febbre) in un soggiorno perfetto grazie a un'empatia sorprendente. Perfetti.

Pros:

Molto bello il borgo, mi piacerebbe vederlo in estate per utilizzare il giardino e la piscina. La colazione poco varia ma con prodotti molto buoni giustificata comunque dalle poche camere della struttura. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Cons:

Il bagno non aveva la doccia ma una vasca con un vetro che però faceva uscire tutta l'acqua perché era corto e per entrare ho trovato faticoso scavalcare. Materasso un po' troppo duro.
