Great stay, comfort bed and wonderful staff!
Pros:

Breakfast was a nice little set up. Coffee was great and definitely hot. I'm vegetarian and was happy with the menu. One morning I had potatoes and eggs. The next day, bagel and cream cheese.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had asked Bob for a change with something in the room and he came through for me that made my comfort even better.

Housekeeping was so nice with big smiles. My friend and I were dragging our feet with leaving for a day of sightseeing and one of the housekeepers said take your time and we let her know when we left.

Then, the icing on the cake, my friend plugged her charger into the outlet on the lamp, we could NOT get it back out. We actually took the lamp down to the front desk and they get it out and they were just as perplexed as we were!

Cons:

Honestly, the toilet. It was very low with a thin plastic seat. Made it hard to get up each time. But, this is the only thing, really, so I say thats good.

Non professional hotel managers
Pros:

First I want to mention rooms have bad insulation you can hear people talking in their rooms. Second I was owe a refund for a whole night & was given the run around & Sam the “manager” said I’m not getting it!?! not to mention they also kept my $100 hold & made up a lie on why they did! This is consider theft & not professionalism at all. The Managers there Sam & Bob are not professional & are thief’s & liars! Stay away & save your money from this location and go somewhere else.

Cons:

Some aspects of the furniture were out dated.
Totally not enough lighting. Especially the bathroom. Not bright enough!
Did find a rubber glove by the bed after they had cleaned.

Great location! Every staff member is exceptional in customer service!
Pros:

Amazing breakfast with gluten free choices. Free safe parking. Quiet location. Comfy room. The staff were always present, friendly, knowledgeable with suggestions to get me where I needed to go. Would definitely stay here again!

Came home and slept half the day because no sleep at this hotel
Pros:

Free breakfast and the pool for my kids

Cons:

Refrigerated had water in it and was not cold so no point of putting anything in there the room next door was so loud couldn't sleep ,the room was so cold
