Scammed from a beautiful stay!

First of All there is no good parking available second they dont let the delivery drivers up on the floor you have to go down to the lobby to pick the order and someone like me who orders something after every other hour this was very uncomfortable but the 3rd and the main thing is thanks to booking.com i got an early check in since 9am to next day late check out until 4pm so when i went to the hotel they let me check in around 10 10:30ish which was not their hotel policy so i thought they knew about the perk ive got from booking.com of early check in and late check out. So fast forward to next day around 2:30ish the staff guy opened the room while i was sleeping and was stood by my bed and i was sleeping naked under the sheets that thing messed up my head so much and then even after having an argument with the staff guy that i have a late check out from booking.com he completely denies it and says not our hotel’s headache i said i will check out at 4 he said then i will have to pay extra so as soon as the guy told me this and left i quickly got up got dressed packed and left in 10minutes then the same staff guy says to me i have burnt the sheet by smoking and have to pay for it i said i didnt and he was lying but the lady who was checking me out also didn’t listen to me and cut 5bd from the security deposit they took from me. I must say i am a Bahraini but i like to try out hotels from time to time and i can say this is the worst experience i have ever gotten. Felt like a scam rather than a vacation. Even when i checked in the sheets had stains all over and it was dirty but i just chose the right side which was clean and didnt make a scene out of it and didn’t disturb the staff because i dont like to but they didn’t feel the same about me.
