Cons:

A very poor experience due to the uncooperative behavior of the receptionist. I made an accidental booking for October 10th and requested a date modification immediately, but she completely refused to cooperate, causing me to lose the non-refundable amount. I had to book again for October 9th. Upon arrival, she unprofessionally demanded a cash deposit of 200 SAR, which is entirely outside the Booking.com system, promising to return it later. The staff behavior was unprofessional and exploitative. I do not

Pros:

Hospitality of every staff , always on toes to help you out off any trouble.
I reached there at 7am which despite being very early provided me neat & clean room . I missed by mobile on careem taxi .All of them tried so hard to find which I got finally and miraculously . As usual my mobile had everything including return tkt .

The building is run down, they closed the bar and restaurant, found roaches in my bathroom, the housekeeper slams doors all day from morning to night so there’s no possibility of taking a nap, late night, club music makes sleep without ear plugs nearly impossible

الغرف مافيها عزل أصوات الأغاني واصله لين الدور حقنا
بالإضافه إلى ان غرفتنا فاصل بينا و بين الغرفه الأخرى باب يسمعون أصواتنا ونسمع اصواتهم
أنا حجزت واخترت ان يوجد معاي طفلين ولاكن لايوجد مناشف لهم
يوم طلبنا تبديل الغرفه علشان الأصوات قالو لنا مافي إلا هاذي ووحده بالدور الرابع الأصوات فيها واضحه اكثر منها
تم دفع مبلغ 100 ريال سعودي وأثناء الخروج قالو لنا احنا عطيناكم 10 فوط عند المسبح ومالقيتها بالغرفه على بالهم اننا ( سرقناها ) بعد التحقق تم اكتشاف انهم عطوها شباب كانو موجودين بالمسبح
آخر مره احجز عندهم بالعلم انه قبل ممكن سنه تم الحجز عندهم لاكن كانو احسن من هالمره
