Pros:

Nothing. I got to the property to check in and was told they couldn’t “accommodate” me due to overbooking. Meanwhile I reserved my room back in November, was charged for the room, and sent a link by the hotel for early check-in… to be told I had nowhere to stay. I was left stranded at night in an unsafe city. Disgusting service. Staff did nothing to help me, just say “sorry wish there was more I could do.”

Great people and location! Hot breakfast and an old bank vault in the basement!
Pros:

The people who work there are wonderful!

Cons:

I was overcharged by 500$ because they were transitioning to a new system. They reassured me my money would be returned and I trust it will but super frustrating in the meantime...

It was great and located in the heart of everything.
Pros:

The hotel is close to CFG arena and the staff was friendly. The breakfast has a variety to select from.
