The staff was very generous very kind and extremely helpful. Dining area was very clean and breakfast was delicious. Valet stayed on point when I needed my vehicle. And a special thanks to Ms. King front desk manager made my visit feel absolutely welcome. Awesome services. I'll continue visiting Springhill Suites with family and friends ❤️

Cons:

Being the Queen size, I am. I prefer more room 😃. Other than that there wasn't nothing I didn't like.

Your emplyees were wonderful, front desk, breakfast servers etc.
Pros:

A little crowded, but not bad. Good variety of food choices.

Cons:

Requested no room cleaning during stay, but was cleaned three times. I don't like wasting plastic bags , changing towels etc and wasting resources.
The neighborhood needed some work especially the uneven streets and broken curbstones. We walked everyday to the Convention Center and it was rough.

place was serviceable. you get what you pay for and this hotel was quite inexpensive!

Cons:

No drapes on windows was very odd. There was no way to block out morning light or provide true privacy at night.

It was another experience to add in my dairy
Pros:

I never been to Baltimore it was a great experience I enjoyed myself Mrs. Wilhemenia King the director of the front was the person that was meant for me to meet in my life. I had my family with me my kids and my kids father my mama wasn’t there none of my siblings I was feeling down. Mrs. King spoke life in me I needed that

It was kind hot in the hallways and my carpet in my room was wet
