SpringHill Suites by Marriott Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor

Miła i pomocna obsługa na recepcji, bardzo komfortowy, czysty, cichy pokój z wygodnymi łóżkami, dobra lokalizacja w centrum, całkiem smaczne śniadania (jak na Amerykę :)), dostępna kawa i herbata. Bardzo fajna opcja na nocleg nawet na kilka dni

The manager was working the front desk when we arrived before the check in time, and dhe gracioudly checked us in without requiring us to wait. In addition, sshe provided us with rxcellent recommendations regarding local eateries and nearby shopping. The entire staff was vety pleasant and friendly.

Found it last minute as decided to stay when came for a business meeting in town and felt I might be too tired to drive back 3 hrs. Great location and customer service. Khushi checked me in and was very helpful host.
Most issues were Historic hotel issues and not because of hotel staff. I did not meet anyone who wasn’t pleasant and welcoming. They were all very accommodating.
Walkable to inner harbor and night life. Great restaurants within walking distance. Went to Amoorah 20 minutes away and absolutely loved it.
Room - dark and have small kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker and fridge. No water bottles in the room or other kitchen supplies.
Bed- comfortable and I had a great night sleep
Bathroom with basics and no issues
Strange room design but perhaps they were not allowed to alter a historic building
Two TVs and a Nice sitting area
AC was not working at first so the very nice engineering guy came to help and fixed it. It took then several hours to slowly cool down.
Elevator- did not work. There were two supposedly functioning but had some issues so after waiting for 10 minutes we decided to take stairs up. Luckily we were on the third floor but there was another guest who after waiting climbed to 5th level. Ask for a lower floor in case the historic elevators don’t work or take forever.
Breakfast below average with only limited options
Parking valet and pricy. No matter when you start parking the day before, 24 hours end at noon the next day. Ouch. If you don’t move your vehicle on time they charge an additional $20. They didn’t inform us and feels unfair as we started parking at 5 pm and paid for an entire 24 hours not until noon so we had to rush out and then just drove away.

Close to everything and good value and the valet people where good

The vibe

The hotel was close to the harbor, which was convenient. One lady at the front desk was very kind and offered us discounted tickets for the Aquarium, which we appreciated.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my family.


However at the point of reservation payment was advised to be made at the property but was debited immediately i presented my details online.

Close downtown

We didn't get to have the breakfast because the staff at the desk told us when we arrived the breakfast was until 10. We awake to go have breakfast and the staff said it closed at 9 and 10 o'clock was only on weekends and it was clearly We came in on a Monday.

I enjoyed the free breakfast. It was really good

I booked a two bedroom king suite for four nights. From the description, you would think it is two rooms because that is what it said. We were surprised to find these is no door between the two rooms so you might as well be in the same room. This is misleading and should be corrected. There is a door to a small uncomfortable living area. It had a pull out couch but a skylight over head. Nobody could ever sleep in that room. The other two rooms has no actual window. It had a small block window up high. It was quiet with no ground noise but a bit unnerving to have concrete walls and no windows. The room was clean.

Valet parking is an issue. I takes a good half hour or more to get your car and make sure they check it back it before you walk away. The people are very nice and doing their best but I will never stay at another hotel that doesn't have parking.

The breakfast is very basic but was clean and a nice area. Great service but would have liked to see some fruit.

The area is a great location to the inner harbor but we only went once so I wish I stayed farther outside the city.

The front desk attendants were all very nice. This hotel needs more luggage transports. There were 2, very small and not in good shape.
