I'm a strong customer service person I feel that's what keeps yours customer's coming back.
Pros:

We didn't get to have the breakfast because the staff at the desk told us when we arrived the breakfast was until 10. We awake to go have breakfast and the staff said it closed at 9 and 10 o'clock was only on weekends and it was clearly We came in on a Monday.

Cons:

There was no help from the desk staff when we arrived other than taking my credit card to inform me I would be charged $150 if We destroyed the room. The breakfast was until 10 o'clock. He never told us how to get to the elevator or where it was located had to figure it out on our own. The door to our room was hard to open we had to shove it hard to get in. Otherwise our room was nice and spacious. My favorite part was the bedding very comfortable beds great pillows. We slept well that night. And I loved the history of the building and especially the fault downstairs near bathrooms. It is a beautiful building

Not what we rhought
Pros:

I booked a two bedroom king suite for four nights. From the description, you would think it is two rooms because that is what it said. We were surprised to find these is no door between the two rooms so you might as well be in the same room. This is misleading and should be corrected. There is a door to a small uncomfortable living area. It had a pull out couch but a skylight over head. Nobody could ever sleep in that room. The other two rooms has no actual window. It had a small block window up high. It was quiet with no ground noise but a bit unnerving to have concrete walls and no windows. The room was clean.

Valet parking is an issue. I takes a good half hour or more to get your car and make sure they check it back it before you walk away. The people are very nice and doing their best but I will never stay at another hotel that doesn't have parking.

The breakfast is very basic but was clean and a nice area. Great service but would have liked to see some fruit.

The area is a great location to the inner harbor but we only went once so I wish I stayed farther outside the city.

The front desk attendants were all very nice. This hotel needs more luggage transports. There were 2, very small and not in good shape.

Buona esperienza
Pros:

La zona era buona, si raggiungeva a piedi l'Harbor in 10 minuti. Servizio con parcheggio auto ad un prezzo ragionevole.

Cons:

Komunikacija z hotelom je potekala zelo slabo. Večkrat nama je bila tudi iz računa odtegnjena neka vsto denarja in nato spet vrnjena.
Zaradi zasedenosti so naju prebukirali v drug hotel.

Pros:

Hotel is mid. Not terrible. Not great. Parking is the real trash. They almost force you to use their “valet” parking. No thanks. Found our own, walked way too far. Will stay at the Hilton next time again and use their garage. This was not worth it and lesson learned.

SpringHill Suites will be my go to when I’m in the area.
Pros:

I liked receiving good friendly service. I liked breakfast being available. I liked the ease of check in & check out. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I was only there overnight so it was a short & sweet experience. The staff was great.

Cons:

I’m used to having free parking available on site.

Cons:

The problem is not with the Hotel, but the location which is noisy to the point that it interferes with one's sleep. When I asked about the noise from the streets in the early morning hours, I was told that the Baltimore Police do not do anything about the noise problem afflicting the inner harbor area. That was the only drawback to the Hotel.
