Great location , clean comfortable rooms , great breakfast selection with fresh cut fruit and eggs station, helpful and efficient staff. Pool area nice, and also the rooftop solarium made a nice change .
There isn’t much to criticise. From a personal perspective we are used to a younger crowd or at least a mix of ages. This hotel seemed to attract the older generation which is perfectly fine, but a different vibe to usual for us. I don’t like plastic glasses but that is what you are served at the pool bar. I expect that’s health and safety and probably not much the hotel can do about that.
Reception staff and breakfast waitresses were excellent . Not so sure about the bar staff .

Das Zimmer ist extrem klein und hat kaum Platz, um den Koffer zu öffnen. Leider war das Zimmer zu Beginn nicht so sauber und hatte viele Ameisen und kleine Spinnen. Als wir es gemeldet haben, wurde es anschliessend besser.

Sisäänkirjautuessa ei ollutkaan huonetta ja jouduttiin maksamaan 70€ korotusmaksu. Hotelli ilmoitti , ettei maksukortti ollut varausta tehdessä toiminut. - maksukortissa ei ollut vikaa. Varmistimme asian pankilta. Kortti toimi myös sisäänkirjautesssa aivan moitteettomasti.😅
Varasimme samalla kertaa muita yöpymisiä Malagassa, joten hotellin selitys tuntui rahastukselta.

De las mejores experiencias que he tenido en hoteles. No solo el establecimiento es precioso, sino que además el personal es excepcionalmente amable, incluso nos permitieron utilizar las instalaciones el último día después del check-out, hasta que tuvimos que irnos por la noche. El desayuno es excelente y la ubicación inmejorable, muy cerca de todo. Sin duda volvería
