Pros:

Great location. Staff are good and welcoming.

Cons:

The price was to much. Room need upgrade, shower head falling off.
One of the plug sockets didn’t work correctly. need more plug sockets, especially around the desk as couldn’t do work.
Spa should’ve been included in the price. Photos look good on website/Booking.com but in reality needs updating.

Over all it was a pleasant experience for us.
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff particularly staff in breakfast cafe, historic building

Cons:

There was no iron in the room and also there is no on site restaurant which is very unusual for a four star hotel. And although they mentioned that there is a swimming pool but actually there is no proper pool, only have a small jacuzzi type pool fir those who book the spa which is very expensive.

Wonderful hotel near the Spanish Steps
Pros:

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Romanico Palace. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to provide good service. The hotel is charmingly decorated with paintings and marble floors throughout. The breakfast was very good and had an extensive selection. We loved that the location was in a less touristy area but still close to many sites. We would definitely stay again at this hotel!

Exceptionally poor maintenance
Pros:

Location, rooftop bar and breakfast.

Cons:

Pool closed to children but no warning when booking. Rooms are very noisy, you can hear everything from the street, the elevators roaring up and down and even the water running. The elevators are bad, make you wait forever. Sticker in elevator shows last maintenance in 2022. Hairdryer clogged with dust. Stairs which are also for emergency use partially blocked by forniture. The gym is claustrophobic, with machines a few centimeters from each other and very low ceiling. Technogym equipment needs maintenance and is useless as it is. Reception doesn't greet you when walking in and out. Shower keeps changing temperature. Insufficient closets for clothes.

Great hotel
Pros:

This hotel has great character. The room was quirky and made us feel like we were experiencing something unique. The front desk staff was helpful and the breakfast was very nice.

Large rooms and friendly staff
Pros:

The room was large and the bathroom was very nice as well. The staff was extremely friendly and did a great job giving restaurant recommendations. The rooftop bar and breakfast buffet are not to be missed.

I liked the location and the fact that my room was almost completely soundproof. Also the bathroom was amazing! And the bed super comfy.
