Pros:

Location right by the beach, the majority of staff were very nice.

Cons:

Breafast was terrible, we cut our stay short, the hotels was full of teenagers 3 days onto our stay .

Se os hospedes fossem importantes, podia ter sido uma excelente estadia.

Gostei da localização, mesmo em cima da praia. Da tranquilidade.

Cons:

Estava a decorrer as comemorações dos 25 anos do Hotel Vila Baleira, os funcionários nao sabiam infornar nada do que ia acontecer. Os hoteis sao do grupo, distam poucos metros e a comunicação entre as equipas é inexistente. No dia da inauguração do Itho, os hóspedes viram retirados alguns serviços como o bar da piscina do Suites e obviamente o restaurante do Vila Baleira estava a abarrotar. Entendo que se trate de uma festa para convidados, mas os hospedes que ali estavam e a pagar não foram de todo envolvidos na celebração.Nem no espetaculo nem simplesmente no partir do bolo de aniversário. O Hotel tem obtido um sucesso de 25 anos porque tem clientes, que como eu, já repetiram muitas vezes a sua estadia e o minimo era sentirem que eram bem vindos, ao inves de andarem a ser empurrados de restaurante em restaurante porque estavam a decorrer festas privadas. O pior é que no dia seguinte o serviço não voltou à normalidade e o bar/restaurante da piscina nao voltou a funcionar nem com refeições nem com snacks. E aos hospedes? Nem uma palavra. Já o bar da praia em toda a minha estadia nunca esteve aberto. Se nós pagamos um serviço era suposto este corresponder às nossas expectativas.

Excelente localização , mas necessita de uma remodelação

Localização e simpatia do staff

Cons:

Alimentação , nem sempre adorei a comida e pouca variedade no pequeno almoço principalmente , por exemplo a fruta era sempre a mesma. Durante 2 dias os kiwis estavam super verdes .

This is at best a 3 star hotel that has a 5 star beach. The rooms are very basic and quite dated. Breakfast was horrible and there is no fresh coffee, you can only get some from a dispenser machine until the pool bar opens later in the day. The staff was friendly overall but we found it very odd to be told a few days into our stay we had to leave the beach and go to the pool if we had not booked beach chairs ahead of time when there was always several of them sitting empty. Would I recommend this resort, probably not. Would I stay again, absolutely not.
