Our stay at the The Hazelton Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was top notch, seamless, and incredibly welcoming. Everything was impeccably clean, and you can really feel the attention to detail throughout the hotel.

The room service food was DELICIOUS, truly top notch and honestly probably the best we’ve had in Toronto. Every dish was outstanding, and the service was quick and professional.

❤️the biggest special shout out to AL for helping us with our luggage, he was so kind and helpful, attentive and a joy to talk to. And to the older gentleman doorman who was always greeted us and made the atmosphere so welcoming, we thoroughly enjoyed his conversations made us feel right at home.

This will definitely be our go to hotel in Toronto. World class service. Can’t wait to come back!

I have stayed travelled the world and would say that I'm quite familiar with luxury hotels but The Hazleton exceeded all my expecations. A family friend recommended this hotel and I am was quite happy with my experience. I flew in from the US arriving at Billy Bishop airport, it only took 20 mins to from the airport to the hotel.

The location is conveniently locate around many restaurants and shops which makes for a great area for a walk, coffee or dinner.

Check was warm, attentive, and highly personalized. One of the night manager Tevin Darrel made checking seamless, he made himself available without being intrusive, asking us questions to help better make our stay our new home away from home.Every interaction felt genuine and professional.

The rooms are just beautifully amazingly and spacious. The bathrooms are spa-like with deep soaking tubs and heated floors, and the attention to detail—from the linens to the lighting—makes the stay feel truly five-star.

Overall I was very happy with my stay at The Hazleton Hotel and will most certainly return and recommend them to all my family and friends.

Their lounge/restaurant offer great service and quality food, it's a great convenience if you have no plans and just want to hang out. Friday/Saturdays nights they have a DJ which definitely brings fun late night vibe.

All staff at the hotel are all 5 Stars, front desk, housekeeping, concierge, doorman, day/night managers.

In addition when we returned to the hotel we were truly impressed by the night manager, Tevin whose exceptional service significantly enhanced our experience. He greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. It felt like we belonged and that our stay was of upmost importance to him.
What stood out most was his attentiveness as He took the time to inquire about our day and he provided us with great recommendations for activities, making our trip even more enjoyable. The consistency of his exceptional service made us feel valued and appreciated, and it's a significant reason why we’ll continue to choose this hotel for our future visits.

We had a little staycation for my birthday recently. The Hazelton was brilliant, as usual. The hotel staff were their exceptional selves & treated us very special. These stays occasional moments of luxury for us, not a regular thing. So it's wonderful to be able to enjoy the Hazelton's quality. The room was large and super-comfortable. My wife loved the soaker tub! The on-site restaurant (ONE Restaurant) was delicious. Our visit was super-fun...shoutout to our server, Michelle! She was personable & excellent. We'd be happy to stay there again.

My friend and I just spent two nights at your fabulous hotel. Our room was luxurious. The two queen sized beds and pillows were excellent. We enjoyed both the pool and the bar. There are so many restaurants and venues within walking distance to visit. We especially enjoyed The Bata Shoe Museum.
The concierge staff especially Al were outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our Staycation at The Hazleton Hotel!

The hotel is a wonderful place to visit. Al is hands down the best valet—extremely hospitable, kind, and always welcoming. His service truly enhanced our stay. We will definitely be visiting again

Hazelton now is my fav hotel in Toronto, we have been to various hotel around the same tier but Hazelton is just different

There is no better hotel experience than the one you’ll have at the Hazelton. We’ve been a number of times now and keep coming back for the same reason - excellent service. It doesn’t hurt that it’s a beautifully appointed place with stunning, spacious rooms. But what really sets it apart is how the staff takes care of you; as a visitor you feel special, important, considered and appreciated. If you’re going to treat yourself to a high end hotel experience, stop looking - book the Hazelton.

Great service and very personalized experience. We came here for my girlfriend’s birthday, and everything was perfect. Justine at the front desk was absolutely amazing. We always do staycations and the service here at The Hazelton was excellent.
