Top notch personalized service at this lovely boutique hotel from the moment you walk through the doors. Flawless from valet service (thank you Al) to front desk, spa, dinning and door service. This is not a big box stay in all of the right ways. You are made to feel welcomed and appreciated by all the hotel’s engaging staff.
The location is lovely in the heart of Yorkville with easy walks to dinning and shopping options as well as the ROM.

Had an absolutely incredible experience at the Hazleton Hotel, and I have to give a special shoutout to Rohan and Micheal. They went above and beyond in every way—professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to come across service that feels this personal and thoughtful.

What truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, everyone treats you like family. There’s a warmth and care here that you just don’t find everywhere, and it makes all the difference.

"Excellent" and a five rating does not begin to describe the extraordinary staff and service at the Hazelton. I stay at a Four Seasons property in another city 6-8x/year. The difference in experience is beyond compare. I want to send the Four Seasons staff to the Hazelton to learn what a 5 star hotel service should be, especially for business travelers!
The many staff are available, knowledgeable, courteous. Room service arrives in less than 30 minutes. The concierge found and mailed me a lost earring after my departure within the space of an hour. When room service made mistakes in my order, the hotel immediately addressed the matter with grace and hospitality.
And the rooms are beyond spacious and comfortable, with well thought out lighting and controls, amenities, outlets. Someone really thought this through. Did I mention the chocolate on the pillow?
And of course the location perfect.
This five star hotel delivers 10 star service.

What an amazing hotel with an amazing staff! We stayed here for my wife's birthday and it was great. The staff are a masterclass in hospitality as they made our stay memorable.

We also enjoyed the hotel's location and the rooms! Felt like we were living in the city again which we missed.

I booked a stay at the The Hazelton Hotel to celebrate my parents’ anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation.

What stood out most was the personalized service. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely took the time to get to know us—something that felt truly special and rare. They even surprised me in honour of my upcoming birthday, which made the experience even more memorable.

A heartfelt thank you to the front desk team—Justine, Nykalaus, Eskander, and Victoria—for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless.

I also highly recommend the spa. We were warmly welcomed by Angela, who gave us a tour of the facilities, and the pool area was especially relaxing.

Overall, a truly exceptional and memorable hospitality experience.

The entire experience was perfectly customer centric , the entire staff just made you feel special . Justine was especially wonderful . Thank you to all . This hotel is always the best staycation. The spa is small yet a true little gem. Darya and her team will make anything happen, it’s always a genuine experience with their warm smiles. Can’t wait to come back.

Amazing gem of a hotel, everything from service, cleanliness, space, amenities, atmosphere, were spot on. At other hotels, it feels like once they get you through the door, they try to nickel and dime you. I'm contrast, The Hazelton was an effortless step into comfort without overbearing staff. The room was large, well finished, and stocked with a mini bar. Noise levels were near 0 due to insulated walls (unfortunately I may have been the noise as my baby woke up in the middle of the night and cried on and off for a few hours). Best of all, it's location is central to a lot of activity (no matter what your taste) and accessible from every direction of the city.

11/10 would definitely stay again!

Was in the area decided to stop at their restaurant for an evening meal. First off as soon as I pulled up was greeted by Al which I don’t have enough kind words to say about his professionalism and warm greeting. Dinner was excellent fast service and great food. Now added to my go to list

My family has started a tradition for the last few years of staying at the Hazelton for New Year's Eve. This year we were also hoping to catch the finale of our families favorite show. The staff at the Hazeltom tried very hard to get us tickets for the show playing in theaters but with no success.
As an alternative they tried to bring the movie experience to our room with a larger TV. This gesture was incredibly unexpected. Unfortunately technology was not on our side and we couldn't watch. We figured no big deal we will watch it when we get home.
The manager of the Hotel, Robert, did see this as a big deal and wanted to make it up to us. To our surprise he had delivered a special gift set to this show to our personal home. When we received it my kids went crazy and could not believe it.
When I tell you sometimes it is worth spending the extra money because there are some Hotels that will go above and beyond, the Hazelton is one of those properties.
Hats off to Robert and his incredible staff, you have customers for life with my family!

Absolutely wonderful experience! The accommodations and staff were beyond expectations. I highly recommend the Hazelton Hotel for its optimal location, service and the excellent food at their top tier restaurant.
