Amazing hotel.
Everything was perfect.

Arevik was absolutely amazing.

She has amazing pressure and checks in regularly. Likely will be the only masseuse I will go to for on now!

I had the pleasure of taking my wife here for her birthday in early July, and plan on making it an annual event.

Robert and his front of house staff made our stay remarkable. The check in process was seamless and made us feel beyond welcome, Rohan did an incredible job in helping us with recommendations for the area or asking if there was anything we would like to see.

Our room was immaculately clean, and full of every amenity you would need. The staff knew in advance it was a special birthday for my wife and had some dessert waiting for us, which is above and beyond.

Luckily, this hotel is in a historic part of Toronto with so much to do we wish we had more time to explore.

We’re already looking forward to next year and wish we could visit sooner.

The very best Hotel experience you can have. Superb large comfortable room, convenient location, knowledgable, efficient and helpfull staff. Good leisure facilities. Great breakfast to start your day, superb dining in the resturant to end your day! Hotel experiences dont come much better than a stay at the Hazelton

One of the best hotels I've stayed at - staff, led by the vivacious and wonderful Chloe! Very attentive especially after my surgery. Room and amenities were five star, as was the food at breakfast.n I will happily stay here again :-)

The location was perfect—it’s right in the heart of Yorkville, a quieter part of the city, but still close enough to take the train or catch an Uber if you want to explore downtown. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and luxurious, while still being functional.
The service, though, is what really sets the Hazelton apart from bigger chain hotels. Everything about the hotel feels upscale, but the warmth of the staff makes you feel right at home.
To be fair, when we travel, we really do choose hotels that will enhance the vacation, but the Hazelton exceeded our expectations. It wasn’t just a place to stay; it became part of the destination.

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at the spa here has compelled me to share how pleasant it was. I've noticed that they're adding to the experience by offering a larger selection of drinks and treats while I waited for my appointment with Gordana who is always incredible. There was also a new face at reception who I believe was named Ashley, from walking in she was so pleasant, helpful, and kind hearted checking in on me while I prepared for my appointment. I've been here a handful of times and I'll continue coming back. I look forward to my next visit.

Al, the valet attendant was very helpful. He allowed me to park for a short time and also use the restroom even though l was not a hotel guest. I was very grateful for his kindness. Thank you!

The Hazelton hotel is probably the best hotel when it comes to service and location.
The staff are kind and caring.

I would like to give a shoutout to Al, Aidan and Tom for being simply the best.

We loved every moment at the Hazelton, we stayed in their beautiful Bellair Suite, which gave us incredible views of Yorkville ave, the gym was clean and quiet with fast and luxurious in room dinning, Toni at the concierge set us up with wonderful dinner experiences in Toronto while Jacob went out of his was to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect.

We stay at The Hazelton every time we visit Toronto. Last year, we had to leave unexpectedly and weren’t able to use the final night we had booked. Robert not only welcomed us back to use our paid room, but went above and beyond by upgrading our stay, personally texting me to book and confirm everything, and providing us with a credit to use at ONE Restaurant.

We were also so happy to see many of the same staff upon our return. The Hazelton has an amazing team and truly exceptional management.

We had a great time! Staff is extra ordinary forthcoming. Location is perfect for a cot trip and food is great
