El encanto de la antiguedad y el suelo de mosaico,espero que sepan mantener la esencia,por decir algo,al spa le falta actualizarse
On arrival on a hot day....no air-conditioning in reception & nowhere to sit for a person with a walking stick as young children occupying the only 2 seats so I sat on the stairs.
At thesame time a wedding group arrived of which were not told of....also for checking in with only 1 person doing the booking in....45 mins later I'm still sat on the stairs as my partner booked us in.
Finally the key's we had told in advance I had just had major surgery & not possible to walk far...at the spa for recovery & treatments...well our room was upstairs & nearly the furthest place from reception...the only lift broke down several times so no option but to slowly walk downstairs aslo no ramp into hotel from outside front door.
The room was big but everything old & some things broken the showers doors leaked onto the floor which is dangerous for any person with a disability or person recovering from major surgery....
I did have an amazing massage but when tried to book the day before leaving they said staff were sick so no treatment available..
Facilities okay but dated....pool was nice but not easy access to raised bed in water....at sides of the pool...
Beautiful building & surroundings but didn't have a feel good factor.

Я взяла стандартный номер. В нем было все необходимое, в том числе тапочки и халат. В стоимость входил завтрак. Завтрак был хороший. За дополнительную плату я взяла обед и ужин, так как в воскресенье в городе ничего не работало. Очень понравилось. Заранее забронировала спа. Очень классно.
Отдельно стоит отметить, что весь персонал от ресепшен до официантов был очень дружелюбен и всегда готов помочь.

Llevo muchos años acudiendo a este lugar, es un oasis en todos los sentidos y un destino al que volver siempre. Todo precioso y muy limpio. ¡Un acierto seguro!
A pesar de haber mucho personal en la sala del restaurante, una vez sentada. esperé por 20 mintuos a que me tomaran la comanda... a pesar de esto, todo delicioso y nada más que objetar.
It's a cool building that has plans for renovations. Our bedroom was outdated but comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and updated. Breakfast was nice and included.
The pool closes early so we didn't get to try.
