Vaig pagar una habitació premium i, em vaig posar malalta dos dies abans. Es van passar la pilota els uns als altres i em van dir que ni retorn de diners ni canvi de dates. Vaig propar un recarrec pel camvi i ni això.
Vaig haver de regalar l’estada.
Vergonyós amb el preu que es paga quan hi ha un motiu justificat.
No penso tornar a reservar res.

Instalaciones comunes, amabilidad del personal, spa y tranquilidad. El desayuno es muy muy bueno.

La visita guiada a la embotelladora es muy interesante, Sonia la guía lo hizo fantástico. La hacen cada día a las 10.30 y el checkout permite hasta las 12h, es genial para hacer el día que dejas la estancia.

El edificio salvo los comedores conserva el estilo modernista neomudejar

Cons:

Necesita reformas urgentes en paredes, carpintería de puertas y ventanas, mobiliario, desconchones generalizados y apliques metálicos oxidados. Lo único malo que puedo decir.

El desayuno estuvo bastante bien, ya que era buffet, las comidas y cenas normalitos ya que no eran buffet y el menú era el mismo en ambos días en que tuvimos la estancia.
