I enjoy my stay in Nina Hotel.
Pros:

The size of the room is good. The view of the city is amazing.

Cons:

There's no power outlets beside the bed; however, a couple of USB plugs are on the bedside table. I would prefer power outlets as I can use my own charger which provide different power output than bedside table USD plugs.

There were many areas to improve to maintain the 5-stars rating.
Pros:

The locaton is superb, easily accessible by MTR and bus from Airport. There are many shopping malls around to provide food and shopping needs. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The toilet space is so small that sitting down properly to use it was difficult. For average sized or solid people you probably needed to leave the toilet door opened in order to get the space to put your legs comfortably while sitting down on the toilet. The room was high in humidity despite air conditioning was turned on in high (freezing cold!!). The room/hotel was a bit dated in presentation.

Atemberaubende Aussicht mit super Einkaufszentrum gleich daneben!
Pros:

Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Ich empfehle etwas mehr vor Ort zu bezahlen damit man im 50. Stockwerk übernachten darf!

Cons:

Die Fenster waren nicht geputzt und der Pool stand nicht zur Benutzung offen.

Great Housekeeping, but room facilities and service need improvement
Pros:

​I stayed for 15 nights for both business and family purposes.I want to thanks for Nina Hung and her team for providing a clean room and fast responses to my requests.

​However, the hardware needs attention. I experienced two room changes due to air conditioning and lighting issues, which was quite inconvenient for a long stay. Additionally, I found the front desk staff on the 41st floor could be more patient and welcoming. As a 5-star hotel, I expected a more "homelike" and hospitable atmosphere.

​Great potential here, but the service consistency and facility maintenance need to be leveled up.

Great value stay in Hong Kong
Pros:

All the staff was efficient and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the bathroom separated into 3 different parts. We ordered the room service breakfast, and it was delicious and good for value.
Although the hotel was very busy during my stay, I could still have a great experience. It becomes my only option when I stay in Hong Kong again.

Cons:

Just the sockets in the bathroom were not working. Everything else was good.

Great hotel with helpful staff and good location
Pros:

The staff were great and our room was ready 2hrs before checkin.
Very close to the MTR station which allows you to get to most places in HK but the walk between tations to change lines is a little far.
The hotel is located right next to a shopping mall with plenty of food and shopping options.

Cons:

The shower head in the bathroom was non-adjustable which I personally hate, but if thats not an issue for you then this is a great hotel to stay at

Pros:

Location is very convenient, room is clean and modern, mini bar supply all free and refill is unlimited, bed and pillow super comfortable. Also cover breakfast, afternoon tea and late night snack with high quality ingredients and super delicious.

Pros:

Le fonctions de base que l'on attend d'un hôtel: maintien de la propreté (chambre et parties communes), buffet petit-déjeuner, garde des bagages, état du bâtiment (2 tours de 40 et 55 étages).

Cons:

L'hôtel n'a pas d'âme. Le hall d'accueil est froid et quasiment vide, pas de salon d'accueil, pas de bar spécifique à l'hôtel, galerie marchande grand public quasi intégrée à l'hôtel.
