Room Needs Serious Upgrading!!!
Pros:

The convenience to amenities, eateries, airport/MTR connections. Spacious room, and comfortable firm beds + extra requested pillows were granted. . We had 02 queen size bed and still enough room to walk around the room with both baggages opened flat!! Bedlinens soft, spotless and clean.

Housekeeping lady was so kind and helpful, did her best every morning to give us a clean room to return to and keeping it dry because the standing shower water leaked from under the glass door into the vanity area.

Cons:

Water that leaks from inside the shower area onto the floor through the shower glass door gap under to the vanity table, and toilet. Need a few cloths floor mat to dry up the wet mess!!! It gets very slippery too when wet - CAUTION needed.
Toilet has no bide and, very cramped. Even for an Asian at 1.7cm. Standing shower was actually like a small changing room cubicle. You could bumped your head if not careful in the shower due to tight space.
The room truly needs an upgrade. Mold grout along the gaps on the bathroom wall. Bathroom seal came lose.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

I booked luxury room the room doesn't match with photo shown on booking website and the floor is not high as I expect up to 60th floor, the location is convenience, anyway all my rooms booking in Japan and Hong Kong is fine, especially I booked at Moon Beach Resort been upgrade to beach front room, I glade I made decision make hotel bookings with Booking.com, I will make my hotel booking for next trip go to overseas, Thank you for your service.

I didn't like was Nina hotel room is not match with photo but was can acceptable, the floor is not high up to 60 floor above, still feel satisfied.

Вид, вид и еще раз вид.

Cons:

Номер не просто грязный, а ультра грязный, такое ощущение, что в принципе в номерах не убираются. Также поскольку много номеров в отеле процедура чекина происходит достаточно долго.

A highly disappointing stay - poor room cleanliness, sockets issue...
Pros:

The room was very spacious with a beautiful view, and the hotel is in an excellent location with convenient transportation and plenty of dining options nearby.

Cons:

The room was not very well cleaned. The electrical layout is incredibly inconvenient—there are no sockets in the bathroom or near the hallway mirror, forcing me to use an extension board for the hair dryer, which itself is a cheap, low-power model. To make matters worse, the wall sockets did not work with my phone charger (which works fine at home), and the built-in USB ports charge at an extremely slow pace. Management seriously needs to upgrade the room's upkeep and electrical standards.
