Long stay Guest
Pros:

Location is very good, has many restaurants in Tsuen Wan.
Atmosphere could be better.
Rooms is good however it is a bit noisy. I want to commend Kennis from the Communal Center at the 10 th floor of the Hotel for her incredible hospitality in the lounge. She is always helpful and A great compliment here focuses on anticipation, atmosphere, and personalized care.

Over rated under Delivered
Pros:

Room ok

Cons:

pillows old and no shape not enough plug sockets and none in bathroom.
Cleaners did not clean under cupboards replace missing glasswhich actually they left in the bathroom un touched.
Water filter no water! No info re breakfast or where.
No attention to detail and conserve need to smile at all time instead of sour faces under their masks

Phoebe warmed my heart with her genuine smile and daily thoughtful greetings, always ready to offer proactive assistance. Sam attended to every detail with care—patiently recommending nearby dining and attractions, and responding swiftly to all my enquiries, demonstrating remarkable professionalism and enthusiasm. Kennis, meanwhile, thoughtfully coordinated meal-related arrangements and consistently maintained a warm and kind demeanour, making my stay even more comfortable and relaxing.

Their service far exceeded my expectations. The family-like care they showed made this Hong Kong trip truly delightful and unforgettable. Pros:

Muy buena la recepcion, es un edificio muy alto, la rececpcion de la planta 0 o la 41 funcionan bien. Lo unico es que no hay una pequeña rampa para arrastrar maletas o un coche de bebe (que era nuestro caso).
La unica pega a la habitacion, es que se escuchaba mucho lo del pasillo, pero de lo cansados que estabamos, dormimos super bien, muy comodo, y el baño muy completo. El desayuno muy delicioso, variado, y todas las opciones disponibles y buenas.
Nos guardaron las maletas sin problemas. El hotel esta dentro de un centro comercial, q es gigante, y es facil perderse.

Cons:

La ausencia de rampas de acceso de la planta 41.
