The location

Been staying here for almost a month with my family visiting Hong Kong. Very convenient location, with many shopping malls and transportation options connecting the hotel to different parts of HK. Very nice view and gym, and the common area is always clean despite having some renovation work going on during our stay.

Best part I think is the 10/F common area with a very well equipped kitchen and working space, a game room and free unlimited (real) coffee and tea. It can get very busy in the evening but the staff do their best to ensure everybody gets their fair share of use of the facilities, and they help to guide other residents to make sure the space is clean and tidy for others to use. I understand that’s not an easy job especially when everyone has different habits and ways of cooking and using the kitchen - without the staff the kitchen would be a huge mess! The 10/F common area is what makes my stay feels like home. The staff are so friendly especially Kennis greets us in such a warm and kind way every single time we go to the 10/F, even when she was unwell herself. And you know they all made a real effort to get to know all the long stay residents. They are extremely attentive and help us with finding things in the kitchen before we even ask for help. The labelling system is a bit annoying but I can understand this is implemented in order to ensure a fair use of the fridge for everybody, and of course to prevent any food goes bad lol At last I just wanna say a great thanks to the 10/F team Kennis, Sam, Phoebe, Domi. There are a lot of other hotel options for long stay in HK but I’d highly recommend Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan base on my recent experience :)

A major reason why I choose Nina Hotel for my one month stay in Hong Kong is the communal kitchen that I could use to cook healthy meals when I am tired of eating out. It is very well equipped and the staffs are very helpful in teaching us how to use them. Thank you Phoebe Domi, Sam and Kennis, they are always friendly and helpful. When I stay in Hong Kong next time, Nina Tsuen Wan will be my first choice.

设施很不错，所有服务人员都很热情，酒店的夜景非常美，周边也有很多的商场和各种店铺

Thank you to all the staff at Nina’s Hotel, especially Nina Hung & her team. They are extremely professional, supportive and caring with our family vacation stay. From supplying us with a baby crib & baby shower tub to helping us moving our luggages on our way checking out, the 69th floor tower 2 team members were always there for us. We will be telling our friends & family back home just how great this hotel is!! Thank you everyone for looking after us at Nina’s… we will be back soon!!
