El año pasado estuvo mejor la estancia y mas economica

Facil de llegar, buena ubicacion, excelente vista a la montaña, la habitacion con suficiente espacio, bien iluminada, la cama comoda, almohada comoda

Cons:

La tarifa altisima y no incluye desayuno, mo habia transporte de parte del hotel al parque que su hubo el año pasado, molesto el acercamiento de los vendedores de tiempo compartido, la cortina no cierra bien y no bloquea por completo la luz en la noche, toallas muy limitadas y en estado regular, horario de la terraza muy limitado

Pros:

El joven que está en la recepción me parece se llama mauricio muy amable, atento nos recibió muy bien al igual las personas de limpieza nos ayudaron mucho, nos orientaron donde comer o como llegar ala centro

Cons:

Había una señorita el domingo en la mañana muy de malas y muy grosera le pedí dos toallas más ya que éramos 4 y solo dejaron dos y me regaño que según ya había pedido y no llegando me acerque a preguntarle algo y contesta muy mal
