Un lugar al que volver
Pros:

La ubicación y distribución del hotel así como las dimensiones de la habitación. Mención especial al personal de recepción, el bufet y el restaurante Chez Lumière.

Cons:

El personal cometió bastantes errores que no se pueden cometer en un hotel de esta categoría (preguntar si el champán tiene suficiente gas y que la camarera agite la botella cual corredor de motos o F1 quitando todo el gas, hacer un pedido en un restaurante y que falten bebidas, tener que pedir en múltiples ocasiones la cuenta,…)Por último, el bufet, aún y ser de calidad, era más tirando a un 5 estrellas bajo o 4 alto.

UN OASIS DE PAZ PARA DISFRUTAR EN PAREJA
Pros:

Me encanta el estado de conservación de las instalaciones y los aromas. Un 10 a las actividades deportivas, excelente formación de los monitores/as: Katia, barre, la actividad de floating... ya hemos estado anteriormente y os doy un 10 por mantener esta agenda.

Cons:

La colonia de gatos, había excrementos de animales a la puerta de la habitación. Creo que es un problema endémico de la zona porque se ve feo.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für uns Eltern und eine für drei Kinder, die alle voll bezahlt haben. Sie bekamen genau das gleiche Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Ausziehsofa, welches den kompletten restlichen Platz im Zimmer einnahm. Keine Chance, die drei Koffer irgendwo zu platzieren und sich gemütlich einzurichten. Wenn drei Personen voll bezahlen, ist es nicht in Ordnung nur ein kleines Doppelzimmer zu bekommen. Die Begründung war, dass alle Zimmer gleich seien. Das wurde bei der Buchung jedoch nicht kommunitiert. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und für die 3 Teenager war es eng und unkonfortabel.

Bien, pero falta excelencia
Pros:

Piscina para adultos: un lugar tranquilo para relajarte.
El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones está muy atento para hacerte la habitación en el momento que sales. Cambian las toallas 2 veces al día y preparan la habitación para la noche.
El horario de las cenas y los desayunos era bastante amplio.

Cons:

La habitación para 3 personas: Solicitamos una suite porque la estancia era para 3 adultos. La habitación asignada era tan pequeña que si extendías el sofá, no se podía salir a la terraza. Esto realmente me defraudó. Una habitación tan cargada de mobiliario que tuvimos que sacar una mesa a la terraza para poder abrir las mesillas y con poco espacio para poder moverse las personas.
Los menús de las cenas: poca variedad, menú repetitivo a pesar de las diferentes temáticas.
No me gustó el hecho de la gran cantidad de personal realizando prácticas en todos los restaurantes, incluso en aquellos que son a la carta. Este personal debería estar tutorizado por personal senior, pero eso no ocurría y se cometían muchos errores que te hacían olvidar que estabas en un hotel de 5 estrellas.
La piscina grande, la de las cascadas, tiene un jacuzzi maravilloso, que no pude usar a pesar de intentarlo durante 2 tardes porque se emplea como piscina de niños rodeada de padres y niños dentro ( a pesar de la restricción de no usarlo si eres menor de 12 años). El socorrista no hizo nada para evitar esa situación, con lo que ningún adulto podía hacer uso de ese servicio.

Los jardines y las piscinas.

Cons:

No hubo plaza de garaje para mi y tuve que aparcar fuera del recinto.
Me asignaron habitación de minusválido, cosa que no soy, no me gusta nada, no tenía bidet, el rociador de la ducha sacaba el agua por todos los sitios menos por los debidos, el armario es para pigmeos, no puedes colgar un pantalón largo estirado o un vestido largo si eres mujer. El aire acondicionado me resultó ruidoso. La iluminación del baño hace imposible poder afeitarse en condiciones, no sé ve uno en el espejo.
