Excellent location, very friendly and accommodating staff, large rooms.
Pros:

Location, nice courtyard, friendly and accommodating staff, easy parking. Bed was very comfortable and immense bathtub a plus.

Cons:

It can be a bit loud with restaurants behind and interior courtyard. Also some interior noise transmits from rooms above. No gym but lots of great local hiking and walking.

lovely, comfortable hotel with lots of room
Pros:

This is a special hotel with big, airy rooms situated around a large courtyard. Wonderful, big, deep bathtubs, comfortable beds, good tech, nice breakfast bar. Friendly and helpful staff, good location for the local colleges. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Location within a very cute and walkable town

Cons:

Not that I didn’t like this, but it’s one of the criticisms I have for smaller boutique hotels and that is restaurant bar closes early. This is a holiday weekend and it would’ve been nice if those things are open until midnight rather than closing at nine.

Depends what your are looking for...
Pros:

I agree with other reviewers. There are some really nice things about this hotel -- primarily the courtyard which is a very inviting place to sit. The room itself (a King) was cold. The color palette is blacks, greys, and white. There are no cozy elements to make you feel comfortable. I don't suspect they can change this, but I didn't feel comfortable in the room. (From the pictures, it looks like some rooms have cozy rugs. My room did not -- just a grey floor.)
