Less than expected.
Pros:

We were greeted by a very friendly young man who was very helpful.
The balcony was nice.

Cons:

The collection of cookware/utensils was interesting. No coffee pot. One v.small s/s pot with a wonky lid and a bunch of terribly scratched "no stick" pots and pans.
There was no spare toilet roll - the in-use roll didn't last the 2 days we were there.
Overall, I would rate as 3.5 stars, max.
The balcony and the unit we were allocated get zero sun at this time of year, so it was cold.

I roll of toilet paper for 3 nights - no dishwasher liquid left and expected to wash everything before leaving not the best unfortunately

Pros:

Location was good. Secure parking.

Cons:

Bathroom too small. Hard to get into shower past toilet and washing machine. TV difficult to turn on. Maybe remote control problem. Bed very hard. No drinking glasses and short of teaspoons.

Construction, no sleep
Pros:

I think the view was very nice before construction started.

Cons:

Construction next door starts at 6:30am and the noise is so loud it’s impossible to stay in the room at all while its happening. The banging and drilling sound like they are inside the room, and the balcony/view are useless because the construction is right outside. This happened every day except Sunday.
The room also wasn’t properly cleaned — there was a bottle and tissues under the bed, plus dust and hairs in other areas.
Unless you don’t need sleep or rest, I would not stay here.

Good value for money, but bed bad and construction next door wake me up at 6:30am everyday.
Pros:

check in process was easy as i was late check in. Carpark underground and good.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable and had stains on the blanket. the couch and tv setup is angled and hard to watch tv.

The TV remote doesnt work properly and the toilet has slow leak. no fan in the bathrooom so dryer steams up.

Major building construction next door with tower crane etc starts banging at 6:30am every morning.

Pros:

Great location we felt it might need going through kitchen as only 2 glasses no wine glasses no dishes to cook in oven future clients be warned there is a high rise going up next door and will block some of the view of broadwater office was never opened while we were there as bathroom sink was blocked.

Cons:

Great place to stay 5 minutes to Runaway Bay and 5 minutes to Harbour town shopping complex write on Broadwater for easy stroll or run restraunts and cafes close by

We had paid for 4 days, how ever we got other accomadation after 2 days.
Pros:

Good views

Cons:

No toilet paper, not good when its late in the day. It had not be cleaned properly, hair on the pillow case bathroom dirty.
