Buena ubicación, comodidad y limpieza
Pros:

La ubicación y las instalaciones en general, que eran cómodas y relativamente nuevas y la facilidad en los accesos, gracias a la llave digital. Si tienes cualquier tipo de duda, el personal te atiende de forma rápida y eficaz.

Cons:

Solo le pondría una pega: la puerta del baño se traba y no cierra bien.

Location, staff friendliness, and unit size. The apartment is well-maintained and fully equipped.

Cons:

No service (room cleaning, changing the bedsheets, even garbage collection - have to take it by myself to the garbage area outside the building) unless one books a unit for 8 nights or more.
Lack of security: one night, I found a drunk or homeless person sleeping on the floor at the entrance

Pros:

Overall, we had a good stay at this apartment. The facilities were well-maintained, the place was comfortable, and the location was very convenient for getting around Barcelona.

Cons:

The only downside was the check-in process. The access details were only provided at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. As we were traveling with friends and arriving at different times, I requested the information earlier so my friends could check in first. Unfortunately, this wasn’t possible. I was on a flight at 3:00 PM and didn’t land until around 9:00 PM, which meant I couldn’t forward the access details to them until much later.

Aside from this inconvenience, everything else went smoothly, and the apartment itself met our expectations.

Logement très bien équipé surtout pour la cuisine, ce que nous recherchions. Équipement complet et moderne.

Cons:

Aucun accueil dans l’hôtel. Tout se fait par le web ou une app iPhone. C’est très déroutant. La TV n’est pas orientable et ne peut pas être utilisée pendant le repas. De toute façon aucune chaîne en français. La douche inonde le sol de la salle de bain. La terrace rise en enclave avec tous les immeubles alentours.

Valeu muito a pena!
Pros:

O espaço, limpeza e tudo novinho e moderno

Cons:

A porta de um dos banheiros não fechava completamente e ainda era de vidro. E o app não estava funcionando e demorou bastante pra fazer o check in. Tirando isso foi muito bom!
