Pros:

Everything was wonderful! The apartment was very clean and the rooms were new and well maintained. The location was also excellent, as it is very close to a metro station, which made getting around very easy. I would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it!

Good for a short stay, but mind the street noise
Pros:

• Prime Location: Very easy to find and perfectly situated in the center of everything.
• Smooth Check-in: The contactless process worked exactly as described.
• Privacy: Sound isolation between the rooms was actually quite good; I didn’t hear other guests.
• Comfortable Sleep: The mattress itself was comfortable.

Cons:

• Street Noise: Since the room faces a rather busy road with traffic lights, the engine revving is quite loud. Bring earplugs.
• Awkward Layout: The room arrangement was a bit strange; the seating was placed directly in front of the kitchenette, and the TV was positioned to the far right, making it difficult to watch from the seating.
• App Key Issues: Using the phone app to unlock the building and room doors was hit-or-miss and often took several attempts to work.
• Bedding & Maintenance: The triple-sheeting was poorly executed and untangled during the night. Additionally, the showerhead in the bathroom is heavily calcified and badly needs descaling.

Pros:

Pobyt w apartamencie ogólnie oceniamy pozytywnie. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, a możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania była dla nas miłym udogodnieniem. Zauważyliśmy jednak kilka drobnych niedociągnięć, takich jak kurz na listwach, urwany wieszak na ręcznik, niewygodne poduszki oraz bardzo ograniczona liczba naczyń (tylko dwa talerze i dwie szklanki), co wymagało ich ciągłego mycia. W apartamentach o podobnym standardzie często spotykaliśmy również drobne udogodnienia na powitanie, jak np. woda. Zwykle w apartamentach, w których dostępny jest ekspres do kawy, kapsułki lub kawa są również zapewnione, dlatego taki dodatek byłby bardzo miłym akcentem

Velmi hezké ubytování, které bych s klidným svědomím doporučila dále a ráda se sama ubytuji znovu, pokud se někdy do Bar
Pros:

Apartmán byl nádherný, moderně zařízen a krásně čistý. Velmi se nám líbila poloha, v centru města, doslova s MHD po ruce a self check-in. Hned naproti ubytování zastávka autobusu, 3 stanice metra hned za rohem. Přes cestu hned obchod otevřeny 24/7, vedle nej pekárna, takže jsme si denně chodili pro čerstvé pečivo k snídani.
Moc s mamkou chválíme také velmi příjemnou vůni, když vejdete do vestibulu hotelu. Te vůně jsme se nemohly nabažit !

Cons:

Pokud mám hledat chyby a dávat zpětnou vazbu, tak snad jen hluk z ulice hluboko do noci od osob sedících venku na zahrádce v okolních podnicích, ale s tím musí člověk počítat při návštěvě takového města, jako je Barcelona. A pak docela velká škvíra ze spod u vstupních dveří do pokoje, kterou zejména v noci do pokoje proudí světlo z chodby, kde se celou noc svítí, což ruší u spaní, pokud spíte na rozložené sedačce v obytné části. Světlo jsme řešili jsme osuškou. Hůř se řešil ruch z chodby od ostatních hostů vracejících se v noci na ubytování, kdy někteří trochu zapomínají na to, že nejsou v hotelu jen oni a svou hlasitou mluvou ruší ostatní spící hosty, což je otravné nejen pro toho co spí v obýváku na sedačce, ale i v ložnici, protože jedna z našich dvou ložnic má okno do vnitřního společného atria hotelu…. Ale i přes toto “drobné nepohodlí” jsme měli krásný pobyt.

it looks good at first sight. but problems continuous happen when stay here:

1. the drain of shower room works very slow, the water overflows.

2. bad smell from the drain full the room day and night, cause damage to noise and throat

3. the toilet roof was leaking, dripping and making noise all night long.

4. even I encounter some many problem, the staff did not solve well, they can’t change a room for me.

5. at last, when I left, the invoice amount is not same as I actually paid, and they refuse to change which caused me reimbursement problem.
