BED BUGS!! Did not even get compensation from them

Le prix ne vaux pas les conditions dans lequel vous séjournerez

Prix raisonnable pour la proximité des chutes (20-25 min de marche)

Cons:

Moisissure dans la salle de bain.
Manque de considération des employés suite à une alarme incendie déclenchée en pleine nuit par des clients qui fumer dans les parties communes.
Demande de payer pour de l’eau quand à côté il offre à volonté café et thé (à 4h du matin, suite à l’alarme)

1er chambre sans eau dans la salle de bain, l’employé été très agréable et réactif mais on à récupérer une chambre avec de l’eau mais encore plus de moisissures (miroir, joints) et finalement de quoi faire deux douches et plus d’eau chaude.

Very good stay but calculate an extra $30 onto the room rate.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and well kept. The location is excellent. The desk staff were friendly. The price for the room was very good.

Cons:

The only disappointment was that there was a parking fee to park in their parking lot which was not expressed on the confirmation email which showed only the room rate. The parking info is hidden in small print on the invoice (only if you download it) but is written as “private parking” is available for a $30 per day fee. It sounds like you can opt for a more secure parking for a fee. The hotel website on the other hand says that a parking fee MAY apply. Again sounding like an option. The private parking is actually not private as you might think, but is the property parking. This is misleading. Since the property is registered with booking.com it seems that the hotel should be in communication so that the hotel website and booking.com are communicating the same thing.

Pros:

L'emplacement, le calme et la propreté sont excellents, surtout compte tenu du prix raisonnable. Le personnel est aimable et attentionné, et l'établissement est fortement recommandé aux familles avec enfants.

Cons:

Je pense qu'ils pourraient s'améliorer en proposant un service bilingue français-anglais et un service supplémentaire en anglais. Ils devraient également envisager d'inclure le petit-déjeuner ; sinon, tout s'est très bien passé lors du séjour de ma famille.

Pros:

The room was great. Wifi was good. Staff was friendly

Cons:

Only 1 channel on TV. Paying extra for parking. The view was terrible as there was Some awful structure next door with shredding plastic hanging off it. Didn't like the 150$ extra charge as security deposit without being told.

Cons:

La réceptionniste du 24 juin au matin au Check out a été désagréable au possible, n’a pas été claire avec les histoires de paiement, alors que l’erreur venait d’elle. La climatisation n’est pas très bien faite, il faudrait un mode d’emploi

Cons:

When i reach to check in these guys saying they are full. But i already book the room. They send us to halton hotel. They charge 70 dollars just for parking. Why we have to give the charge if its nit mentioned. Completely disappointed.

Pros:

The place was dirty. There were some insects. The air conditioning didn't work and it was hot. The toilet, shower, and sink didn't drain properly. It was a bad experience, and the price wasn't cheap.

Pros:

Nothing, horrible experience.

Cons:

The AC was not cooling, instead for offering another room, they send maintenance. Still got better but still warm the room. Next day the toilet was not flushing. Total disaster.

Overall it was value for money for a last minute plan.
Pros:

Located near the falls which makes it so convenient.

Cons:

Room amenities are older. Washroom flush was leaking and room was missing the fire alarm also room was not clean as it should be. Had to call to fix the issues.
