It was okay but I will never book here again.
Pros:

Lobby staff were accommodating and the rooms are decently lit.

Cons:

1. The sheets smell
2. We ran out of body wash and requested, but the replenishment never came.
3. Requested new towels due to a longer stay, it never came.
4. At night, the staff are so noisy!!
5. Walls are so thin you can hear other rooms.

Terrible, needs a lot of work
Pros:

Old, needs maintenance, problems at 1am from people knocking on our door and running away. Security guard did a single walk around and called it a night. No cameras. We paid for parking then parking was full and had to be parked 3 blocks away. And shuttled 15min back and forth which was annoying. We got bumps from the bedding. We have pictures of red spots under the bedding. Lots of cracked walls and bathroom tiles, walls. It was one terrible experience. We mentioned it all to staff as politely as possible, but it definitely went over their heads

Great option in Niagara
Pros:

Literally best option in Niagara. Fair price. Steps away from the OLG (music venue) and casinos. Great staff!
