Correct journey with a nice staff
Pros:

Good communication with the hotel. The requests were honored. The staff on site was perfect. The location is good, not directly on the falls but correct walking distance (~15-20min) Beds were very confortable !

Cons:

The corridor was VERY noisy. You can hear absolutely everything, and loudly! The cleaning was not perfect but correct.
Moreover, They charged me much more than the price of my reservation. I had to contact the support to have a refund. But the answer was fast.

Worst Days Inn experience: Dirty rooms and creaky beds

Cons:

Extremely disappointed. The room was dirty, the bathroom was poorly maintained (rusty handles and hair in the shower), and the door wouldn't even close. The beds were old and very noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. It’s a long walk from the lobby, and the front desk staff weren't particularly welcoming. We’ve stayed at the Comfort Inn across the street before and found it to be a far superior choice. Avoid this location if you are traveling with family.

A decent, affordable hotel in a good location, with friendly and accommodating staff.

It’s conveniently located, the rooms are comfortable, it’s very affordable.

My phone and fridge didn’t work. I was offered another room but I didn’t really need either so didn’t mind staying where I was

Misleading room description of the room, outrageous parking charges.
Pros:

The location was good with everything walking distance.

Cons:

The Hotel needs some upkeep, booked through bookings.com with a city view, ended up with a basement room room with no view with reception being unhelpful in the matter. The rooms need some serious updating, they are very outdated, ventilation system with dew on windows, bathtub rusted in many places, toilet tank with water leaking, and shower curtains with mildew. I know there is a high demand in this region but they need some updates and last but not least charging $30 per night for parking is almost holding customers for ransom, after paying for a room and no other place to park.

I was disappointed to say the least
Pros:

I loved the location. Surrounded by tourists attractions and restaurants.

Cons:

Lack of cleanliness. There were spiders crawling on the walls and when the air conditioning was turned on you could smell the dust. We had to sleep with the lights on due to my child being afraid of the spiders. I also did not like the breakfast was not included given how expensive it was for a one night stay and having to pay for parking was also new to me.
