Not clean place
Pros:

The location was not bad

Cons:

The place wasn't clean, we asked to see another room, they disagreed and instead the receptionist told us that she will cancel the reservation and refund us. Later on she changed her words and asked us to speak to the manager (who wasn't there), which we couldn't get a hold on them till today

They didn't refund our money

Rien de spécial.

Cons:

Hôtel trop de base.
Les lits sont pas très confortables, l'équipement dans la chambre est vieux et usé, la toilette pas très propre et le personnel à l'accueil, pas très accueillant.

Overall, our stay was great and as it is affordable and the staff are amazing.
Pros:

The location is very convenient to attractions in Niagara. Restaurants, attractions, and parking are available within a very short distance.

Cons:

The pool is so open that people walking to their cars can watch you.

Our view

Cons:

Hot room. Air wasn't working. Took 5 hours to get someone to care and finally move us to another room. After calling 10 times and each time they say give us 15 minutes someone will check it out. At 1am our door was opened by another guest. They also gave our room to them. Kind of scary being woken up in the middle of sleeping to strangers entering your room!
Water never stayed warm.
Called us at 8:30am on checkout day, waking us up to ask what time we are leaving. Check out is 11am.

I was not impressed with my stay what so ever.
Pros:

I liked how close it was to some things.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room and shower. There was a like of rust in the shower I was very turned off.

It’s only value for the money nothing extras but overall it was a good stay
Pros:

The bedding’s are clean and there is pool available

Cons:

What we did not like is the paid parking area , it should be a complimentary for the guest and faucet facilities are not user friendly

I stayed with my family and expecting clean room. Unfortunately I got bed full of hair. Sink with no water. Wet towels. WiFi was not working and what not.

Bed was broken too.
