Great Location but dirty beds
Pros:

The location to fallsview casino and OLG Stage

Rate - average place . Price is better than other nearby places and walkable distance to the falls
Pros:

-Walkable distance to the falls and casino
- fridge inside the room
- tidy room

Cons:

- dirty carpets in stairs and hallway (needs to be steamed and vaccumed )
- smaller beds ( paid more for queen , but the bed felt smaller for 2 adults )
- no carpets inside the rooms so floors felt cold
- smaller rooms and toilet was small and low
- no microwave inside room
- paid parking
- no elevator

Pros:

I am not a demanding person and I can adapt to almost any place. But despite the low price (which in the end was not low because they add many hidden fees), the stay is not worth it for the cost. The only redeeming aspect is the location.

Cons:

There was an animal in the bed. The atmosphere was not pleasant at all, with people smoking weed at the entrance. The staff is not friendly, not rude either, but in a hotel you would expect someone welcoming to greet you. The facilities are extremely old and poorly maintained. It looks nothing like the photos shown here. They charge extra for everything, and at high prices, for example parking is an additional 30 dollars per day.
I paid for a room for 5 people, yet when we arrived they charged extra if we wanted the 5th person to have a bed.

Paid parking in the winter low season
Bed bugs
Broken water faucet in shower took 6 hours for someone to fix it. Essessntially the majoritiy of time spent there.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and genuinely appeared to be happy in their jobs. The room was large, clean, comfortable and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The sink drained very slowly which was a little gross in that the trap is likely full of hair and other germy gunk which was a little stomach churning when one is leaned over the sink to spit toothpaste and wash their face. I think it's imperative that a maintenance person or plumber clean the trap out ASAP.
