It's an ok place to stay in a pinch but will probably not re visit this specific place.
Pros:

The beds where nice, with secure doors.

Cons:

The bathtub had like a bunch of rust on it, same with the mirror and the one lamp.
It was an ok stay.

Location is good that only thing i like.

Cons:

There is misunderstanding created by booking.com as i book two room with two double bed but they said its only one room . The confusion created by third party app . I have to pay extra for another room at that moment

Terrible experience since the beginning
Pros:

The Gahgan service she was the only one staff people who makes a difference with an amazing custumer service , only she at the front desk was capable to offer a real concept about hotel industry

Hello,

I recently stayed at Days Inn in Niagara Falls, and I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience.

Immediately after checking in, we discovered that the sink in our room was completely blocked when we tried to use it. In addition to this, the toilet was also leaking, which made the bathroom unusable and created a very uncomfortable and unhygienic situation.

We went to the front desk to report these issues and request a room change. The staff member was very rude and unhelpful throughout the interaction. At first, she told us that no other rooms were available, but then she mentioned there might be another room on a different floor. Despite this, she refused to properly assist us and clearly stated that there was nothing they could do and that we would have to stay in the same room regardless of the issues.

Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and we felt completely unsupported as guests. Being told to remain in a room with a blocked sink and a leaking toilet is unacceptable.

This experience was far below the standards advertised on Booking.com and not what I expected from a property operating under the Days Inn brand.

Given the condition of the room and the lack of proper customer service, I request a refund or appropriate compensation for this stay. I can provide photos as evidence if required.
