Pros:

Everything was great, just a small area in the floor by the sliding glass door that was really pointy and should have been fixed before anyone stayed there. I hit it several times with my foot which was very uncomfortable. Room was clean and loved our view.

Excellent choice for a peaceful stay. The room was awesome, very comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly, great communication and polite.

We didn’t book a room with the best views, but was still very nice, we could see the golf course and the mountains around.

We didn’t have a chance to try the swimming pool or the spa and in October the playground was closed, so something to bear in mind if you have kids.

We had a dinner in the bar one night and the food was excellent, as the wine. They have different restaurants on site and you need a car to drive around as there is nothing much else close to the hotel.

Overall, a great choice to relax and play golf!

Great service!
Pros:

Really impressed by the service we received yesterday. We tried to check in early as we had a local wedding to attend and needed to get changed first. Alexander, at the front desk, immediately grasped the issue and made it his job to get things sorted for us. Much appreciated!

We had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was simply exquisite and bountiful. The staff were friendly and super helpful.
My only critique (and for me it was a big one) is that although it’s stated that the rooms are air conditioned, there is no way. We lowered our temperature to 18 degrees Celsius, so it should have been really cold. It wasn’t cooling at all. It was hard to sleep or cool off after coming from sunbathing.

Sensacional - Hotel Perfeito

Ficamos por 4 dias e posso garantir que foi um dos hotéis mais confortáveis e gostosos que já fiquei. Primeiro ponto: Staff, sensacional, cortes, educado e muito solícito. Em especial gostaria de destacar a cordialidade, simpatia da Priscila que estava na recepção do café da manhã. Segundo ponto: Quarto completo, cama extremamente confortável, banheiro com bom tamanho e chuveiro com pressão e tamanho adequado, além de banheira.
Terceiro ponto: Infraestrutura, completa com piscinas (apesar de não ter utilizado).
Quarto ponto: Café da manha bem completinho e com frutas frescas e boas quantidades de alimentos.
Agradeço demais pela hospitalidade e pode ter certeza que voltaremos.

Cafe da manhã não tem opção de omeletes e pratos feitos na hora. Sem roupões nos quartos para SPA, academia muito calor, sem toalhas para malhar e para piscina e não tinha ninguém para apoiar. Não gostamos do serviço. Muito quente no Quarto e na academia. Colchão no quarto tinha buracos.
