Nel parcheggio sotterraneo erano presenti chiazze d'acqua abbondanti e non segnalate, l'area degli ascensori al nostro piano è stata piena di sacchi di lenzuola da lavare per tutto il pomeriggio, La stanza non era assolutamente quella presente sul sito,abbiamo prenotato una tripla ma era una doppia con un letto di fortuna sprovvisto di testiera e poggiato su un muro sporco e con carta da parati logora, l'aria condizionata menzionata addirittura due volte non c'era al suo posto un vecchio termoconvettore che erogava solo aria calda,il parquet non c'era ,era un adesivo stampa legno sulle piastrelle,le prese della corrente sono a terra e posizionare dietro i comodini per poterle usare devi spostare i mobili lo scarico del water non mandava via neppure la carta,figuriamoci le feci,il soffione della doccia era pienissimo di calcare e un asciugamano presentava addirittura una macchia di penna,non esiste insonorizzazione pertanto le urla i balli e le canzoni a squarciagola della camera accanto la nostra che si sono protratte fino e oltre le 2 e mezza erano direttamente accanto alle nostre teste,non è stato possibile avvisare la reception poiché nel telefono non era specificato il numero da digitare , né nessuno ci ha informato degli orari per la colazione, è un hotel valido forse per studenti in gita scolastica,non certo il quattro stelle che si vede su booking

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen
Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer mit guten Betten und viel Platz für das Reisegepäck. Bad in passender Größe mit großer und gut funktionierender Dusche.
Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Parken in der Tiefgarage kostenfrei.
