Great Hotel with an even better Restaurant!
Pros:

The hotel has a restaurant that serves nice meat dishes and the personnel is great! The hotel has some renovated rooms that upgrade the quality of the stay.

Cons:

Doors close very loudly, and its location in not close the airport, which in San José can be tricky due to traffic jams.

It's a lovely room in the middle of nowhere with average service
Pros:

The room looks grand and large

Cons:

The staff needs to be trained on basic things like how to change the setting on the TV and use the remote to change from Spanish to English for international guests. Almost decided to leave because of how big an issue that became. It left a negative impression on me.
Location is not ideal so the price of the room doesn't justify the stay.

Hotel correcto para ir de paso
Pros:

Cons:

Todo perfecto
