Comfortable & Welcoming
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast and restaurant.

Cons:

Slight issue in our room with an unpleasant odour from (we think) the sealant in the bathroom. Rather annoying that the booking.com cost for a night kept changing to a lower rate once the booking was confirmed.

Lovely room and excellent restaurant.
Pros:

Lovely room and great shower. Staff were very friendly and courteous. We had dinner and it was delicious and worth the money. Although dining room was busy the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Would be nice if guests were able to access spa facilities automatically without having to pay, I believe it was £20 per guest. Other hotels where we have stayed guests had access to spa area without having to pay an additional fee.

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

We loved the venue, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. It was spotless and the sauna/jacuzzi and steam room meant we didn’t even have to visit the spa. Food was fab also! Can’t wait to visit again.

Disappointed with the all round stay, was not of the quality expected for the price point.
Pros:

Location was good, room was clean

Cons:

Spa facilities, the reason we booked, were pretty underwhelming, treatments were extortionate and having to pay on top of a £190 per night booking to use the spa felt a bit of a con. Restaurant service was poor, items on the menu unavailable, food was mediocre and priced too high.

Only one night but very enjoyable.
Pros:

Everything! The breakfast was amazing.

Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom ! Very low water pressure.
