Unfortunately , we did not have a good experience
Pros:

The location was fine. It has a golf driving range, the course was closed though.

Cons:

We had issues with our room, but the management resolved it quickly to our satisfaction.

A memory that will stay with us for years to come..
Pros:

Very clean and welcoming. Staff very helpful and especially setting up our room for a surprise proposal after dinner. Staff even made effort to come over to us and congratulate us on our engagement. Food was delicious, spa was relaxing, even enjoyed a game of pool over at the sports bar.

Stunning scenery, lovely food
Pros:

Really good normally breakfast buffets are overcooked or rushed, food was stunning.

Unfortunately I will not return !!
Pros:

HOTEL WAS CLEAN, TIDY & CONNIVENT THE MAJORITYOF STAFF WERE PROFESSIONAL.

Cons:

The attitude of the breakfast waiter was out of order - I compplained in writing to the Hotel Manager, who investigated and apologised.
We were offered a free meal next visit.
I declined - I am particular who serves my food to me after an altercation.

Pros:

Lovely clean and very spacious room
Lovely accomadating staff

Cons:

There was renovations going on on the first floor which hadn't been stated on the site.
The noise started quite early before 8am , doors been thrown in skips nearby my room.
I was there as a last minute getaway to destress and was enjoying a good long lie.

Perfect hotel for a relaxing break. We will definitely return to The Gailes.
Pros:

Loved the bedroom, particularly the modern decor, and it was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was gorgeous too. The bar and restaurant were lovely. Best meal we’ve had in a hotel restaurant. Staff were lovely, very attentive.

Cons:

Not a thing.
