The surrounds ,rooms and spa
Having to walk outside before and after being in spa,and sauna It would be more beneficial if there was a corridor to go through for entry.Although overall it was very relaxing some of the guest were very noisy and gad no consideration for others
Gorgeous room & spa
Poor communication regarding spa facilities, we asked 3 times before your stay how it works ie what do I need to book etc - disappointed we didn’t get to use outdoor facilities, this needs to be booked seperate.

Restaurant manager and not coping with the guests , even i asked him for one fries.
He rejected me , and he hasn't good behaviour.
The location was fine. It has a golf driving range, the course was closed though.
We had issues with our room, but the management resolved it quickly to our satisfaction.
Very clean and welcoming. Staff very helpful and especially setting up our room for a surprise proposal after dinner. Staff even made effort to come over to us and congratulate us on our engagement. Food was delicious, spa was relaxing, even enjoyed a game of pool over at the sports bar.

No socket beside the bed
Really good normally breakfast buffets are overcooked or rushed, food was stunning.
Diverter tap in the bath/shower was broken.
The staff at the restaurant wasn’t plaisant.
And the bedding was hard.
Staff brilliant couldn't do enough rooms excellent we had a great and relaxing time.
Have a better place for people who smoke not ideal.
