Fun, pampered and eager to return.
Pros:

Great customer service, modern amenities , clean updated rooms and so much to do all just outside the door.

Harassment from staff, Hilton doesn’t care
Pros:

Beautiful property in a great location

Cons:

I was shocked and uncomfortable when a Hilton staff member gave me his number and tried to start something personal. Guests should never feel unsafe or objectified in a hotel. I expected professionalism, not harassment. This experience completely ruined my trust in Hilton and how they protect guests. I’m still in the process of escalating the matter but Hilton was quick to try and credit me 70 dollars toward my 1200 trip to make it go away and yes credit not even a refund. This is with proof and screenshots

Beautiful hotel, nice pool, great staff, perfect location.

Cons:

The hot tub was making a terrible squealing noise that made being at the pool a very unreal acing experience.

Perfect for shopping and restaurants.
Pros:

We loved the Hotel. An abundance of food and shopping just right out the front door. Staff was great. Parking convenient. Beds comfortable. Plenty of room for my mother in law.

Too noise!!
Pros:

I would like to report an unpleasant situation that occurred on Tuesday, December 9th, between 2:00 and 3:00 PM on the fourth floor. The girl in the room next to mine — tall with her hair in a bun — was using offensive language and shouting while talking on the phone. It was very uncomfortable to hear so much noise and inappropriate language. I have babies and was trying to rest at that time; her shouting and laughter even woke them up. I would appreciate it if measures could be taken to prevent this type of situation from happening again, as it affects the comfort of other guests.
