Cons:

Chambre très décevante pour un Hitlon. L'extérieur et le lobby magnifiques n’ont absoluement rien à voir avec les chambres.
Meubles et literie vieillissants, chambres beaucoup trop sombres et pas assez de lumière pour s'éclairer malgré cela.
Nous avons dû demander a être changé de chambre car la première etait sale, très poussiéreuse, l'accroche serviette de la salle de bain etait cassé donc nulle part où les poser mis à part sur les toilettes, des tâches, des miettes...
Nous avons fait un road trip en passant par plusieurs hotels et ranchs durant notre voyage et cette chambre a ete la plus decevante du voyage malgré qu’elle fut l'une des plus chères.
Cependant le personnel etait adorable, compréhensif et le restaurant très bon.

Pros:

The staff in the hotel were very helpful
The location was good as it is in shopping area
The insurance deposit was 50USD per night which was refunded to me immediately after checkout
The room is very modern
It is near the airport which is convenient

Cons:

The price was expensive but it was during the world cup time which is expected
It is far from Downtown Dallas so wouldn't recommend if you want to go there

Alles in allem tip top
Pros:

gute Lage, gute Infrastruktur und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Frühstücksvoucher ist etwas mühsam = Frühstück wird verrechnet und mit Voucher (da bei unserem Aufenthalt Frühstück inbegriffen war) wird verrechneter Betrag wieder gecancelled. Das könnte besser gelöst werden.

Great location, beautiful hotel with big pool.
Pros:

The lady who checked us in was wonderful.

Cons:

Location, nice sized room with balcony, and the beautiful smell of the hotel foyer. The breakfast was great too.
