Camere mari, lenjeria 6 zile cat am stat nu ne-au schimbat-o, mâncarea ok diversificată. Borcanase de mâncare pentru copii.

Lenjeria 6 zile cat am stat nu a fost schimbată, parcarea 16 euro pe zi ,frigider gol nici măcar apă la sticlă nu îți dădeau în cameră, piscine reci inclusiv cea pentru copii efectiv nu puteai să bagi copii în ea.. Nu este de nota 9 mai degrabă de 8. Nu are plajă privată, nu este departe cam 10 minute 16 euro un set de umbrelă cu 2 șezlonguri și masa, 4 euro un pahar de bere pe plaja.

O experiență care ne-a întrecut așteptările! Am avut parte de un sejur minunat și cu siguranță vom reveni cu drag.
Camera a fost foarte spațioasă, curată și bine întreținută. Doamnele de la curățenie veneau zilnic, făceau curățenie și schimbau prosoapele, astfel încât totul era mereu impecabil.
Mâncarea a fost foarte gustoasă și extrem de diversificată, cu opțiuni pentru toate gusturile: pește, fructe de mare, pui, porc, vită, rață, iepure și multe altele. Am apreciat atât varietatea, cât și calitatea preparatelor.
Piscinele sunt curate, iar grădina este foarte frumos amenajată, cu mult spațiu verde, ceea ce creează o atmosferă plăcută și relaxantă. Un alt mare avantaj este apropierea de mare – plaja se află la doar 2 minute de mers pe jos.
Personalul a fost foarte amabil, atent și receptiv pe toată durata sejurului.
Per total, hotelul ne-a întrecut așteptările și ne-am simțit foarte bine. Îl recomandăm cu drag și cu siguranță vom reveni! ❤️

Cons:

A bit dissapointed of the rooms alocated- we paid for 2 double deluxe and got something else. Good thing they had good view.
Please @Barcelo, let your guests know about the half-an-hour break during meals, when gates of the main restaurant are closed for refill. Write it on the information sheet if possible.
Please @Barcelo stop advising your guests that the other restaurant has the same food offer. The food is the same but you dont have by far that many options as the main restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at Barceló Royal Beach Hotel in Sunny Beach and were very happy with our experience.

Our room was lovely, spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent, with both a bathtub and a shower. One of the things we appreciated most was the wonderful staff. The housekeeping team on our floor was incredibly kind, friendly and thoughtful. They even made beautiful towel figures for us, showing so much imagination, creativity and genuine desire to make the guests happy. These little touches really made our stay special.

The restaurant staff were also exceptionally polite, kind and attentive. They were always quick to clear the tables and take care of everything, but they did it so discreetly that you hardly noticed them working. The reception team, with all the young girls and boys, were lovely, friendly and always ready to help.

The pool area was great as well. The lifeguards were very helpful and attentive, even helping us find places when the pools were busy. We really appreciated their kindness.

There was a nice entertainment programme, very tasty food and a good all-inclusive service with plenty of variety. There were also things to do inside the hotel - we played billiards and had a lot of fun. The young entertainers were energetic and friendly and helped create a pleasant atmosphere.

The location is very convenient, close both to the beach and to the centre of Sunny Beach. There is also a shopping area/mall connected to the hotel, so you have practically everything you need right there.

Overall, we had a lovely holiday and left with very good impressions. A special thank you to all the people working at the hotel - from housekeeping and the restaurant to reception, the pool staff and the entertainment team. You can really feel when people do their jobs with kindness, attention and heart. ❤️

Прекрасен престой и място, на което с удоволствие бихме се върнали! ✨

Barceló Royal Beach ни спечели най-вече с атмосферата – красиво, спокойно и приятно място, на което наистина можеш да се насладиш на почивката си. Отлична локация, просторни и комфортни стаи, прекрасни басейни и много добре поддържани общи части.

Персоналът беше изключително любезен и внимателен, храната – разнообразна и вкусна, а цялостното усещане беше за комфорт и качествена почивка.

Останахме с чудесни впечатления и определено бихме избрали хотела отново. 10/10! 🤍

Am petrecut un sejur minunat alături de familie, iar experiența ne-a depășit toate așteptările. Am fost împreună cu băiețelul nostru de 4 ani și pot spune că este primul concediu din care am plecat complet mulțumiți.
Mâncarea a fost excelentă, foarte diversificată și gustoasă, iar gustările dintre mese și înghețata disponibilă pe tot parcursul zilei au fost un mare plus.
Am rezervat o cameră dublă cu pat pentru copil, însă am avut surpriza plăcută de a primi un apartament spațios, cu dormitor, bucătărie open-space, living cu canapeaua deja pregătită pentru copil și o priveliște superbă către mare și piscină.
Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și atent, iar activitățile organizate au fost numeroase și potrivite atât pentru adulți, cât și pentru copii. Ne-a impresionat faptul că acestea aveau loc zilnic, inclusiv în timpul săptămânii, nu doar în weekend, cum se întâmplă la multe alte hoteluri.
Un alt aspect pe care l-am apreciat foarte mult a fost că, după check-out, am putut beneficia în continuare de toate facilitățile hotelului, inclusiv de prânz. De asemenea, hotelul pune la dispoziție o cameră pentru depozitarea bagajelor, ceea ce este foarte util dacă nu ai mașina în apropiere.
Per total, am fost pe deplin mulțumiți de această vacanță. Recomandăm cu mare drag acest hotel și cu siguranță vom reveni de fiecare dată când vom avea ocazia!

I booked this hotel mainly because of its excellent reviews and advertised 5-star rating. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different from what I expected.
In my opinion, this is not a true 5-star hotel. The furniture is worn, shower was leaking, and the overall conditions of the hotel feels much closer to a 3-star property.
The restaurant was one of the biggest disappointments. It felt more like a cafeteria than a luxury hotel restaurant. The food lacked variety, the presentation was poor, and after only three days I was already tired of eating there. This is nowhere near the standard I would expect from a genuine 5-star hotel.
Housekeeping was also below expectations. After the second day, the liquid soap dispenser in our room was empty and was never refilled for the rest of our stay. Not all towels were replaced consistently either.
Another disappointment was the minibar. Despite charging extra for minibar items, it was completely empty on arrival—not even a bottle of water was provided. I would have happily paid for it, but there was simply nothing available. Even basic 5-star amenities such as a toothbrush, comb, or other complimentary bathroom essentials were missing.
The drinks were also disappointing. The cocktails were made with very low-quality spirits, and soft drinks were only available from dispensers instead of bottled products, which is far below what I have experienced at other 5-star resorts.
The swimming pool was another letdown. The water was actually colder than the sea, making it uncomfortable to use during most of our stay.
Overall, I felt the hotel offered very poor value for the price. For the same budget, I would choose a 5-star resort in Turkey without hesitation, where the accommodation, food, drinks, service, and overall experience are on a completely different level.
I relied on the hotel's excellent reviews when making my decision, but unfortunately my own experience did not match those expectations. I would not return.

Храната беше на ниво малко над средното

Cons:

Първото нещо, което ни попитаха на рецепция е дали сме резервирали през Booking, и щом отговора е да, те насочват да си паркираш колата на открит паркинг за 60 евро за 3 нощувки(подземният паркинг е за резервации направени директно през хотела), като открития паркинг е поне на 500 метра от хотела. Когато помолихме пиколото да ни пренесе куфара от открития паркинг до хотела, той се ядоса и с недоволство почна да го влачи през дупки и черни пътища, сякаш за да счупи колелцата. След това на рецепция бяхме засипани с нагли лъжи от Тодор, изпълняваш функцията "Guest Relationships" - оставили ни комплимент шампанско в стаята специално за нас, за други нямало(лъжа). Щели да ни позволят да обядваме в ресторанта на последния ден само на нас(лъжа) - обяда ни е платен така или иначе, защото започнахме с вечеря в деня на настаняване. Чистотата беше под всякаква критика - душ главата беше покрита с черни наслоявания, които падаха на парцали като пуснеш водата - наложи се да си купим душ глава от близкия магазин и да си я монтираме и демонтираме преди и след къпане. Спасителят не искаше да ни дава хавлия за шезлонг 2рия ден, защото вече сме му върнали хавлията сутринта, т.е. нямало да ни трябва повече до края на деня. Правилото било по веднъж дневно да се дава хавлия, защото иначе нямало да стигнат хавлиите за всички гости. Трябваше да слушаме коментари от него като "не четете ли български мама му стара" и "боли ме х*я". А иначе за другото им правило че резервирането на шезлонги не е позволено, не се прави нищо. Сутринта в 08:00 вече няма нито 1 шезлонг който да не е "капариран" с хавлийка. Около 30% от шезлонгите са реално заети от хора, останалите 70% имат хавлия върху тях(резервирани), без да се ползват. Разочароващ престой, не бихме повторили. 1000 евро за 3 нощувки не си заслужават.
