The staff was awesome who checked me in and out
Walked in the room lights didn't work. Then looking around you could see dust everywhere. I was disgusted with the lack of cleaning that room had
The room was clean & comfortable. There were nightstands with drawers on both sides of the bed which we appreciate. Everything - heat, TV, fridge, micro all worked.
Bed spread was worn thin could use an update.
Breakfast was good but could use a few more choices. The individual packets of honey were no longer liquid!

The sheets were clean, but that’s pretty much it. There was still hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The tile in front of the door and bathroom you could yell was not cleaned In a few room visits you could see multiple different shoe prints. There are 2 types of curtains on the window, the center and majority of the window is only a sheet curtain which made for a poor sleep…street lights and store lights at night and very bright direct sun early in the morning. The tv signal came in and out very frequently.

Convenient location right off 95 and an easy ride to old town Fredericksburg. Very clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical fare but there was an attendant keeping things stocked and clean. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful- especially Rachael.

The evening clerk was wonderful and the cleaning staff had the room clean and stocked for my stay.
This was our second stay at this hotel. No issues the first time.The check in/check out staff was fine,very helpful. The breakfast attendant is awesome, she was so friendly and even gave us to go bags since we were getting on the road before breakfast started. She took time from setting up to give them to us. What an asset!! Now, the not so good. The bathroom only had shampoo, the conditioner and lotion were empty. There were only a few tissues in the box. The carpet was not real clean, looked like dog hair and other debris, especially near the edge of the bed, under bed skirt. One of the lights near bed had a burned out bulb.Perhaps the person cleaning was just not super attentive that day. Nice location and fair prices.

My family comes to the Comfort Suites North at least once a month. I live this hotel every person on staff is kind, courteous, helpful, always smiling when we check in. Even the maintenance staff is polite and always ready to help. When I make my reservations and I can't stay at this hotel, I get bothered, because here i know I'm going to be greeted with a smile, my room is going to be clean, and breakfast is going to be ready in the morning. This Hotel is made exceptional by the people they have working for them.
