Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Marunouchi. This was our second time here! The service was excellent—especially at the front desk, where Mr. Sasaki Takeshi and Ms. Matsuzawa Kyoko were incredibly friendly, helpful, and able to answer all of our questions. Their strong English skills made everything much easier for us.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Tokyo Station, which made getting around very convenient.

We also really appreciated the wheelchair accessibility, which made our stay more comfortable.

Would we return? Absolutely—this is a great hotel in a perfect location, and we would happily stay here again.

Super place to stay for short visit to Tokyo. Will stay again.
Pros:

Wonderful location for brief stay in Tokyo. Many great shops and restaurants within a short walk of hotel and easy access to nearly every other place we visited in Tokyo during our stay. So easy to get to and from Airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful, Finding your way around Tokyo station can be tricky but once you get the hang of it, not so bad. Great that there were basically two Starbucks within 200 ft of hotel where we could go for good coffee each morning. Views from the room of were great (heard the hotel breakfast is good, but we just wanted good coffee to start the day). Easy walk to imperial palace and to Ginza from here.

Cons:

Not easy to navigate to the Tokyo station exit leading directly to hotel. so there were times when we used the wrong exit and then had to walk around station to get to the hotel.

Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room, fine amenities including pjs.

Cons:

NO hand cream or body lotion. They need to add that.
No tv available. We like to see what is on local tv or news.
The lobby is ok - but it is dated and could use a refresh.
Could uses a couple more coffee pods in the room.

Aside from the above comments about room design our stay was very satisfactory.

Convenient location. Spotless.

Cons:

Room very compact. Lack of space to pack & store luggage. Shower over bath is dangerous & difficult for elderly people like us. No need to waste space having bath tub.

location perfect for Narita low cost bus stop and access to the shikansen platforms.
