An absolute fabulous hotel at a great location. I didn’t expect Tokyo Station to be a sprawling complex with hundreds of tiny shops & restaurants.

Did the usual tourist traps but being at a well-kept hotel near the station did a difference.

Pros:

Great location. It's right beside Tokyo Station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room is smaller than unexpected. Didn't think it's necessary to send a notice to the room every time we choose not to make up the room.

Pros:

An excellent hotel. Very cool interior lobby, wonderful staff, and great location. Convenient for the train - 5 min walk underground

Strategic location near the train station, and superb convenience for Airport Limousine Bus access.
Pros:

The reception staff were excellent — English-speaking, caring, and very efficient. They were also aware that my two luggage bags had arrived earlier via Yamato Transport, which made the check-in process smooth and reassuring.

The hotel is located in a very strategic location with easy access to the train station. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. It is also a superb location for taking the Airport Limousine Bus at Tekko Building, making airport transfers very convenient.
