As a family of 3, with an 11 year old, we had to share a bed. There was no camp bed or futon. In my opinion this was not an appropriate room for 3 people.

Perfect in Every Way
Pros:

We were pampered staying at this beautifully-designed hotel with one-sided, glass-walled hallways allowing a view into the atrium. Quiet room with long desk and private bathroom with long vanity. The hotel is conveniently located at one end of Tokyo Station with access to all forms of public transportation, restaurants, and stores. Impressive customer service at the front desk during check-in with unexpected luggage assistance and an introduction to the amenities in our room in addition to the complete handling of the process for the luggage delivery carrier service to our next hotel.
