The beds and pillows could’ve been better.
Cleanliness, breakfast, friendly staff. We had no complaints at all.
The parking lot could be a little bit bigger maybe.
The room was clean.
I took pictures of bed bug scales under my pillow . I brought attention to management and they didnt compensate us or apologize . They gave me a bag for my blankets that I brought from home. This was not a good experience.
La ubicación es muy conveniente
Le falta mantenimiento. Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas. Simplemente la habitación que me fue asignada debería estar fuera de funcionamiento hasta que hagan las reparaciones. Techo con pintura descamándose. El lavamanos estaba completamente quebrado, apenas reparado con silicona pero con hongos negros creciendo en las grietas. Muy desagradable. Visite la ciudad por un evento deportivo juvenil, era común ver atletas muy jóvenes en las instalaciones del hotel, sin embargo el olor a marihuana en el pasillo 3 era intolerable. Aunque la chica de recepción fue muy amable, el olor se mantuvo activo durante las tres noches que estuve allí, y no me cambiaron de habitación. No se sintió como hotel familiar sino como uno de muy baja categoría tipo Motel 6 pero pagando mucho más… muy decepcionada y no los recomendaría jamás
