Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Mixed reports: many guests praise clean rooms, but there are several serious negative reports (bed bug evidence, mold on furniture, sticky/damp carpets, peeling paint and poor maintenance) that lower the cleanliness score.
Service
9
Generally very positive: front desk attendants and housekeeping are described as attentive, friendly and helpful in many reviews; a single report of rudeness at the front desk is noted but appears isolated.
Location
9
Consistently praised as very convenient and centrally located; multiple guests explicitly mention good location as a strong point.
Room Quality
6.8
Mixed: some guests report comfortable beds and adequate room size, while others cite dated rooms, pet damage (teeth marks), damp carpets, broken/badly repaired fixtures and unpleasant odors, reducing room-quality perception.
Amenities
8
Breakfast and gym are often mentioned positively; pet accommodations are available. Minor issues reported include small parking and overfilled trash near dog spots.
Value for Money
8.4
Mostly seen as good value for the price by several guests; a few feel the room condition did not match the price paid, producing some mixed sentiment.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast is repeatedly praised (included and good to excellent) though a few guests called it merely 'OK'; overall F&B is a positive aspect.
Overall Experience
8.6
Overall stays skew positive with helpful staff, good location, and satisfying breakfast, but intermittent serious cleanliness/maintenance incidents and occasional noise or rude-staff reports make experiences uneven.
