Had a great weekend at Delhi pavilion on Saturday night thank you kusum for inviting me its was a amazing night specially ms kusum and for offering me black napkin to promote my dress the food and service is outstanding thank you again to Kamal chef for yummy pizza

I recently visited the Sheraton Hotel in Delhi and had a really great experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant, peaceful, and very welcoming. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more comfortable

Had an excellent dining experience at Delhi Pavilion, all thanks to Drisha and Mukta. They were attentive, warm, and made us feel truly taken care of from start to finish. Food recommendations were spot-on, and they handled our table with so much grace. And drisha offered my mom purse huck to hang her purse on the table It’s rare to find staff who genuinely elevate the meal. Will be back just for their service

Recent enne to your coffee shop has a wonderful experience all staff was so helpful and professional but specially want to mention drisha name this time she told me about the concept newly started by Sheraton hotel about this black napkin so thoughtful concern about the their coustomer really recommended hotel

A good place to stay in delhi good room and restaurant service is best i met kusum in the morning brkfast she avails everything for me will come again and enjoy all the food and and the guest delight

Dropped by Delhi Pavilion for their lunch buffet and it was absolutely spectacular! The food spread is massive and everything tastes incredibly fresh. Also, Kusum was a delight—so polite and helpful throughout our meal. She introduced me to their unique courtesy concept and even brought over a black napkin to protect my black pants from dust. Such a fantastic experience overall

A two-month-long stay at Sheraton gave me the opportunity to acknowledge the sincerity and dedication of the extraordinary gems of the ITC family.

The reception, the face of the hotel, is always kept in its most pristine form by Ms. Rashpal and her focused team members. Ms. Rashpal is an individual whose dedication to her duties is truly commendable.

Moving on to the kitchen, which is masterfully helmed by Chef Vaibhav — his management skills are every bit as impressive as his excellent culinary abilities.

Chef Vishal and Chef Deepak are another pair of culinary experts who are patient and always willing to serve guests in the best way possible.

Chef Shashank is another gem in the kitchen. Not only is he an excellent chef, but his knowledge of the digestive system and the human body in general makes him the perfect person to consult when in doubt about what to order.

The restaurant is in the highly capable hands of Mr. Carlton, whose very presence assures guests and his seniors alike that nothing will go wrong.

The name IRD cannot be mentioned without acknowledging a woman who is perhaps one of the most humble and experienced people I have come across in the hospitality industry — Ms. Theresa Swamy. She is familiar with almost the entire kitchen and service staff. She is patient, polite, and embodies the true spirit of hospitality. Her ability to resolve every crisis while maintaining her composure, along with her gift for effortless multitasking, makes her the ideal candidate to be entrusted with greater responsibilities. That is not only something she deserves, but also something the hotel truly needs.

This review would be incomplete without mentioning the highly capable team of the seventh-floor Sheraton Lounge.

Mr. Amit is quick and precise, always ready to serve guests and communicate effectively.

Mr. Ambuj is sincere and dedicated to his duties. He is one of those people who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the comfort of guests, and that is truly commendable.

Mr. Mohit is another example of sincerity and can always be counted upon to perform his duties perfectly.

Mr. Manoj also deserves a mention for his focused and calm attitude.

Last but not least, a ship simply cannot function properly without a great captain, and asking for a better captain than Mr. Anuraag Saigal would be wishful thinking. He is capable, focused, courteous, and hardworking. Although he works quietly behind the scenes, his effortless management of the entire hotel speaks volumes about his abilities.

All in all, it is the people mentioned above who make every stay at Hotel Sheraton a truly memorable one.

Sonam has shown excellent hospitality skills with a warm, professional, and customer-friendly approach. She handles guests politely, ensures their comfort, and creates a positive experience through her attentive service and courteous behavior.

I went for a coffee and occupied seat in the lounge near reception. In short while Ms Sonam Sharma spotted me and came to me and fecilitated coffee and snacks. She remembered my earlier visits and it made me recognised and valued. It was a great relational gesture. Thank you Ms Sonam. This hotel is always relational.. Needless to say, it is a great hotel

Everything was so perfect all the employees were very helpful , its very clean and accommodating, Krishan in concierge area did more than amazing he was so helpful and kind we genuinely enjoyed our stay
