Sheraton New Delhi Hotel

Our most favourite place is Delhi pavilion because of wonderful memories that I have with the server like Kamal and Chandan their hospitality is out of the world and my fav most kusum the restaurant incharge she always do my reservations and arrange a cake to make our occasion memorable this this also she offered a black napkin to my father to protect his black pant its really appreciable thank u for everything see u soon again gonna miss u all ♥️🫶🏻💯

The hotel had extremely loud construction in the middle of the night which was awful! I had the best massage at the spa! The gym was small and basic. The head chef was extremely kind and tried his best to accommodate us but the choices for keto were extremely limited. A waiter got very upset in front of us which was uncomfortable. The pool was also closed to us due to construction.

I hope this message finds you in excellent health and high spirits. I am writing this letter with a deep sense of gratitude and admiration to express my sincere appreciation for the remarkable experience I had during my recent stay at the Sheraton. The stay was full of warmth, elegance, and world-class hospitality for which I frequently stay there. Everything was a pleasant experience from arrival till departure.

Initially I had booked for a single day, however considering my previous and this experience, I tried to extend my stay. I would love to mention that Mr. Shivam and Ms Aditi had put all efforts during the process and made sure that my stay is extended comfortably.

Mr. Kewal at welcome concierge was of great help both during arrival and departure.

No words can suffice for the delicious food which is served at every instance. Special mention to Sh. Arjun Bisht and Ms Kusum for attending me and every guest with warmth and love and they made sure that guests eat happily along with a smiling see-off after every meal. They both took extra efforts to make sure that we feel homely.
I must appreciate their hospitality and lovely behaviour that they always ask about food quality, taste and experience. I wonder that every time they are ready to offer different and alternate dishes too with great humbleness.
Sh. Kamal Sharma suggested Asian and Thai flavours to me and it was wonderful to feel those authentic flavours by the chef on my palette, thanking him for taking care of that along with chaat as an add-on.

Also, I must mention Ms. Sonam Sharma who recognised me during arrival itself despite a gap of few months in my stay. She made sure to ask about my vacation every time she saw me. Have been knowing her for quite a long time and employees like her are the backbone on which the pillars of lovely hospitality of Sheraton stands high.

I must not forget to thank the housekeeping staff (whom I'm unable to name but everyone is included) who have kept every nook and cranny shining so that we could see our reflection everywhere like a mirror.

It has always been a wonderful delight to experience the hospitality by Team Sheraton which keeps pulling us for repeated stays. Thank you for keeping this spirot of Athiti Devo Bhava flying high.

Beds were comfortable. The room is a bit small for a 3rd bed, but we made it work. The location is great, right accross from a shopping mall. Breakfast was great!

Cleanliness

Beauty salon - Amarjeet, Urmil and the entire Sheraton New Delhi Salon staff did an amazing job on hair and makeup for a wedding, including under a very tight time pressure on one day! Highly recommend.

Room, breakfast, service and cleanliness

We have been staying at Sheraton Saket Delhi for our annual trip to India over last 20 years. We have noticed marked improvements in its front office working and hospitality under its manager Rashpal. They always make you feel at home. I want to highlight Shivam, Sonam and Yuvank who were very professional and outstanding in their hospitality and support. Excellent stay overall - great food, great hospitality and comfortable room.

Pratibha has been very supportive and has really provided all necessary support at my stay at Sheraton Saket, New Delhi.

Amazing time I had I was there with my son and we enjoyed a lot thanks to Krishna who helped in packing my stuff and Sonam from guest relation team so good and helpful and friendly. We feel like a family there. Room was good and beautiful.
