The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with a good quality shower and tasty breakfast.
The staff at the reception aren’t very helpful, I found them quite stand offish when asking them fairly straight forward questions. The staff in the restaurant (for breakfast) generally seemed much more pleasant.

Pls lI had issues n have registered complaints to booking. Com on my booking was not honored although taken one night extra was refused n said room not ready after arrival early morning 21st n paid rs @15000?night to another hotel facilited by Sheraton nearby despite my mail n arrival time notice. Pls do inform Sheraton management that good customer wouldnt like specially when night flights n family! But they did apologise I appreciate. No such experience next time I m sure
