The Sheraton New Delhi was meant to be a welcome and relaxing end to a very busy India sightseeing trip. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful surroundings, my well-appointed and comfortable room, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurants were excellent and the facilities equally impressive.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its incredible front-of-house team. During my brief stay I unfortunately had a fall just outside the hotel and, with the assistance of the senior duty manager, needed to visit a local hospital for stitches. The care and support from the staff were extraordinary. Arnnie, who accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me throughout the afternoon, was patient, reassuring, and genuinely kind, and her supervisor also ensured everything was handled smoothly. A wonderful member of the security team also made sure I was immediately looked after when I returned from my rather unfortunate excursion.

I may not remember names (so sorry!), but I will never forget the kindness and professionalism shown to me. Thank you, Sheraton New Delhi, for turning a difficult moment into a true example of exceptional hospitality.

If you are looking for a seamless luxury experience, this Sheraton is it. From the property aesthetics to the top-tier service, everything was 10/10.
As a family traveling with a baby, we were worried about meal times, but the staff made it effortless. They prepared the best food for our little one, which was such a relief. A special mention to Sonam and Pooja —they were incredibly supportive, polite, and went the extra mile to make us feel at home.

A perfect 5-star experience! The Sheraton property is beautiful and radiates luxury. We were particularly impressed by the staff, who were so polite and attentive to our needs. As parents, we really appreciated the excellent food they prepared specifically for our baby.
The breakfast was a massive highlight—simply the best! Room service was also prompt and high-quality. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back.

Stayed at the wonderful Sheraton Delhi for 3 nights during a recent trip to India and Nepal. This is a top notch hotel with fantastic service and amenities. The location is excellent, across the street from a large shopping mall that offered a lot of Indian and western restaurants which was very important for me as, despite my love of Indian food from all over the subcontinent, I'm going through a stomach issue which requires me to eat bland, more western style food. There are several restaurants at the hotel but we only went to Delhi Pavilion for dinner and every day for the breakfast buffet which was outstanding, offering both western and Indian choices (and lots of fresh fruit which I really needed). The room was huge with an extremely comfortable bed, a delicious rain shower (where I actually spent almost an hour in one day) and tons and tons of television channels to watch after a long day touring. Speaking of, the hotel concierge arranged a tour of New Delhi which we requested and which took us to numerous places around the city we wanted to visit. In all, the Sheraton Delhi is an exceptional and highly recommended place to stay when in Delhi.
