"Great location, friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and in housekeeping, and very comfortable beds. I had a pleasant stay.
The service has declined somewhat, especially at the breakfast buffet. The staff seemed well-intentioned and tried their best, but I had to wait around 10 minutes before someone assigned me a table. I also noticed the buffet manager and two other staff members chewing gum while on duty. Overall, the experience was acceptable, but it did not feel like the five-star standard I am used to from Delhi and from Sheraton properties.
Excellent staff & Location. The staff goes out of their way to keep guests comfortable!

An extended 8 night stay, made perfect by the wonderful staff at Sheraton Saket. From Housekeeping, to Concierge, Security at the front gate and entrance, Reception and Restaurants (Pavillion and Dakshin), we were welcomed and taken care of with top notch hospitality. The team delivers world class service with a smile and big heartedness. Many step beyond the regular call of duty to ensure requests are catered for to the best of their ability. Thank you Mr. Krishan Pradeep Singh at concierge for going the extra mile in ensuring our packages were tracked and delivered before our departure. Thanks to Mr Chandan from the Housekeeping for the daily greeting, keeping our room spick and span and the two roses too. We will fondly remember Chef Shashank's warm smile every morning at breakfast, Mr. Arjun's great service and Mr. Ankat's mixologist skills, Chef Vivek and his team at Dakshin. There were very many more that we could name, we thank each you. Bravo Sheraton Saket, keep up the great work, we'll be back for more, you will remain our hotel of preference in Delhi, a home away from home.
I didn't like that I had to leave and miss the food, the smiles and heartfelt service. I wish I could have dined at Dakshin one more time.

Had a great weekend at Delhi pavilion on Saturday night thank you kusum for inviting me its was a amazing night specially ms kusum and for offering me black napkin to promote my dress the food and service is outstanding thank you again to Kamal chef for yummy pizza

I recently visited the Sheraton Hotel in Delhi and had a really great experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant, peaceful, and very welcoming. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more comfortable
Had an excellent dining experience at Delhi Pavilion, all thanks to Drisha and Mukta. They were attentive, warm, and made us feel truly taken care of from start to finish. Food recommendations were spot-on, and they handled our table with so much grace. And drisha offered my mom purse huck to hang her purse on the table It’s rare to find staff who genuinely elevate the meal. Will be back just for their service
Stay was very comfortable had yummy food from delhi pavilion and all the staff are very polite would like to appreciate Ranjeet, Rajender from concierge and Richa from front office
