Sheraton New Delhi Hotel

Location and very clean. Service is wonderful ,reception stuff are very good and professional. The cleaning stuff work very well done

Everything about the hotel is awesome.

Location was good walking distance to a mall with lots of restaurants and shops.

I often visit here, it's a wonderful property

It was the last hotel on our trip through Southeast Asia and the only one with the negative experience.
I am a Titanium member in this hotel chain and in all other 4 countries I was welcomed like a VIP guest. Only in this hotel I was welcomed like a general tourist and I only got an extremely small room here.
I was also only able to get a late check out after my third request at reception and a raised tone and after a manager was called.
But I would like to praise the very tasty breakfast and the very nice and helpful staff in the restaurant.
Because of the bad experience and disappointment with the reception, we are sure that we will not come back again!

The service at the coffee shop was excellent.
Pooja helped get us all our food requests and even arranged for carrier bags to carry out take-away teas and coffees for our drive to Corbett.

Amazing hospitality thanks to Sonam and Other staff member who was there to helpful and good.

Great location right next to Select Citywalk Mall, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. The food was good with a nice variety of options. What really stood out was the staff,very well trained, professional, and always helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would happily come back.

I Recently stayed at ITC sheraton and the experience was amazing from the moment I arrived to dining experience at Delhi pavilion was excellent staff are so helpful specially kusum ma'am is so polite and courteous also she offered few desert from buffet that my kids enjoy and offered a purce huck to my wife it's appreciatable thank for your hospitality
