heavily intoxicated, incoherent man entered my room in the middle of the night without my permission. I had to scream for several minutes until other guests came to help.
I ran to reception expecting assistance, but instead I was blamed for “not closing the door properly”. I was in shock and had to call the police myself. The man was later found and detained.
Waking up and realizing there is a stranger inside your room is literally a nightmare — something you would expect from a horror movie, not from a Pullman hotel.
The most shocking part is not only the incident itself, but how the hotel handled it — dismissive, unprofessional, and even mocking. The staff involved - Constanza (reception), Daniel (security) and another security (i don’t recall the name) showed no urgency and no real willingness to take responsibility. This is a serious security failure. Either the key system or the door locking system did not work, and in both cases it is the hotel’s responsibility.
I still have not received any proper response or explanation from the hotel, and no one has taken real responsibility for what happened.
I am fully committed to pursuing this case further and will escalate it to the relevant authorities, including the tourism police and SERNAC. I will also share my experience publicly across social media and review platforms, as this is a serious safety issue that other travelers should be aware of.

Great location infront of a shopping mall. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around as well as money changers. Room is comfy and there is a free drinking fountain in each floor so no need to buy bottled water.
We stayed 3 nights and they did not refill coffee or tea supply in the room. Apparently they only provide first night supply of coffee the rest you have to pay for.

El personal de recepción poco diligente y amable, una sonrisa o mejor actitud estaría muy bien, una lástima.
O quarto é bom, o hotel é moderno, agradavel. A localizacao é muito boa.
Recepcionista muito mal preparado, incapaz de resolver questoes simples da minha reserva no check-in e ainda por cima rude nas suas colocacoes. Viajo com muita frequencia principalmente a trabalho e esta foi a pior recepcao que tive em um hotel. No cafe da manha ninguem informou sobre as opcoes disponiveis fora do buffet. Hotel tem muito a melhorar em relacao ao treinamento dos funcionarios!
