La atención, el tamaño de las habitaciones, espaciosas y muy cómodas, el restaurante, desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Solo me quedé de un día para otro, pero todo super bien. El servicio al cliente muy bueno: La cafetera de la habitación no funcionaba y me la arreglaron en menos de 10 minutos desde que lo informé.
La verdad es que nada importante, todo muy bien. Sin embargo, podría mencionar un pequeño detalle: me sorprendió que en el desayuno no habían frutos rojos porque Chile es reconocido por sus arandanos rojos, frambesas, moras, etc...

Solicitamos late check out desde el 1er día y nos decían que preguntáramos al día siguiente y así hasta el último día que nos dijeron que no era posible , ni siquiera con pago adicional. Nos generaron expectativa , sabiendo que ya estaban overbooked.
Equipe gentil, prestativa, café da manha Bom, com boas opcoes, cama muito boa, e localização excelente!
Com certeza o fato do chuveiro ser baixo pra uma pessoa alta!
