Boyfriend and I went to celebrate our 7 year anniversary. We went mainly to chill had some drinks and had a blast!
Pros:

Everyone was super friendly ! The bartenders are great people and definitely made some good drinks !

Cons:

The lighting in the restroom was not the best. It was super dark in there

Air-conditioning did not work sufficiently pillows for the beds were wore out
Pros:

Air-conditioning did not work well pillows for bed were very uncomfortable. Old mushy. Vehicle got broken into people at front desk did not relieve even care.

Satisfactory but not up to par
Pros:

We enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

I had a few interactions with staff that weren't satisfactory. I had one staff named chastity that was our saving grace. I should have taken some pictures but there was a few things messed up in the room. The bathroom door had the hook ripped off to hang the towel and by the window the siding was coming off the wall.

Not worth the price I paid.
Pros:

Close to highway.

Cons:

Hotel needs a remodel. Carpet didn’t look clean, shower water pressure was low, tv was small, and I was charged a parking fee even though they emphasize that hotel isn’t responsible for damage or theft of vehicles. Oh and the mini fridge wasn’t working properly.

I WILL never stay here again. It is very clear the staff here doesn’t care about the property.

It was close to the highway

There was a HUGE pothole trying to get into the complex, the ceiling in lobby has black mold everywhere. The hallway by the elevator constantly smelled like marijuana. The pool was as green as the ocean and did not look clean. They blared music in the entrance even at night. We requested a room with double beds and were given a king room so we had to buy a blow up mattress. They informed no other rooms were available.All the ice machines were broken. Our mini fridge was cool but not cold. The bathroom was dirty and mold in the corners and the drains were rusted. Our showers were sometimes warm but mostly cold with hardly any water pressure. And to make matters worse our door would not fully close and had to be forcibly closed. If there was other available rooms in the area we would have relocated but could not. This was one of our worst stays with this brand in a very long time.

Nice location, good size room, first floor, nice pool. Initial staff was very friendly.
Pros:

Front window was boarded up, other signs of deferred maintenance.

Cons:

Room felt very humid, clammy. No room service the entire stay, no bar service on Saturday night. Staff seemed shorthanded.

Pros:

this was just a one night stop however the hotel is very nice. The front desk ladies are the best I have had at any hotel. There is a small bar in the lobby. The breakfast is not free but at a responsible cost. The swimming pool is located in the front of the hotel.

I liked the friendly and speedy customer service. I also liked that there wasn't too many people in the swimming pool. Overall the location was great!

Cons:

I found live roaches in the restroom. The bed was a little hard so sleep in. The room smelled like cigarettes.

Too bad
Pros:

We often stay at Hilton Garden Inns. Unfortunately this Garden Inn was in poor shape, lots of stains on the rugs, etc. It was also lacking good housekeeping, elevator had food on the floor during our 2 day stay and dining tables were not always wiped off in evening. We cancelled a return visit.

Never ever this bad at a Hilton before
Pros:

I made an 11 day reservation. Rooms are not cleaned. I am on day 9 and the room has been cleaned 3 times. I have to go and get towels and coffee and water each day. Trash and laundry from other rooms is left in the halls. This morning I noticed dirt coming off of my feet. I can only assume from the floor. 🤢. The pool is broken. The coffee this morning was luke warm in the lobby. The counter person said tonight that he does not have water or coffee for the room.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I am a Hilton honors member and this has been the worst experience ever.

The night shift just makes stuff up and then admits they don’t know.

Tonight I asked if this place was going out of business.
