The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice.
On Monday, August 17, my reservation for my final night (August 17–18) was unexpectedly canceled early in the afternoon. I had planned to spend my last full day in Colorado Springs enjoying vacation activities, but instead I had to return to the hotel, have my key card reactivated so I could access Room 2XX, retrieve my suitcase and belongings, and find another hotel for the night.
I ultimately had to book a room at the Hampton Inn for August 17–18. The hotel staff advised me that the cancellation had been made by a third party and not by the hotel itself. Regardless of who was responsible, the cancellation was extremely inconvenient and resulted in me spending a significant portion of my final vacation day dealing with the canceled reservation and arranging another place to stay.

I stayed one night, arriving late and departing fairly early.
The hotel's location was convenient to the airport (about a 5 min drive with a rental car). There is not much surrounding the hotel other than convenience stores and business parks. This was not a problem for a quick stay before a flight, but I would not recommend it if intending to explore Colorado Springs.
Parking was ample, free, and well-lit. Check-in was efficient and welcoming. The room was in good working order and very clean. I rested well.

Very nice and clean hotel. Quiet. But beware housekeeping’s zeal. I went to breakfast late, maybe 8:00-8:15, because I arrived at the hotel at 1:00am from a late flight. When I returned to my room, the door was ajar. So were all the other doors on my wing of the 2nd floor. Apparently housekeeping likes to fly through and unlock all the doors for some reason. Nothing was missing but this is not OK.
Good location, clean and comfortable
Limited dining room, and confusing breakfast plan. Different staff had different directions. Breakfast was included in our booking, but we had to explain each time as they kept bringing a bill.

I stay at Hilton whenever I travel. The one thing I want is coffee at the lobby 24/7 - both regular and decaf with CoffeeMate. I appreciate the hotels that have this - some do and some don't. This one doesn't.

Convenient location. Airport transfers efficient
One thing I didn’t like was breakfast. Website has free continental breakfast but when I checked in, they told me that it was $15 for breakfast buffet. I book based on the amenities. Breakfast is one of them do very disappointing.
Excellent food and bar service. We asked for a restaurant recommendation and was told “eat here, it’s excellent”. So we did and it was!
