Central location
Food and drinks were lovely in restaurant.
Stylish & chic

Cons:

From the minute we went into the restaurant there was a drunk loud woman making so much noise , we couldn't relax and enjoy the food nor our drinks.
I was more shocked how staff didn't have a word with her and ask her to keep it down.
Ruined our experience of the restaurant
I seen an elderly couple come in and leave within 5mins due to the loud drunk woman .
In my experience of other hotels this wouldn't be allowed and would be quickly sorted .
A lot of customers weren't happy with this loud drunk woman. Very disappointing of a 5star hotel .

Reward yourself by staying here...
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, but with no street noises audible once inside. The vegan breakfast was all I could wish for. The waitresses were polite and friendly.

Cons:

That I couldn't stay longer ...

Pros:

Hotel looks lovely, room was good. The restaurant underneath looked amazing but I didn't eat there

Cons:

Only pool working & gym operational, the other facilities were out of action which was dissapointing

Sehr elegante Ausstattung des Hotels/auch unseres Zimmers. Stilvolle Bar

Cons:

Der Empfang war ziemlich steif,unterkühlt! Man sollte sich mehr Mühe bei der Kommunikation geben,wenn Mann merkt ,daß Gäste kein perfektes Englisch können/Muttersprachler sind . Das war auch beim Frühstück hier und da beschwerlich.

Don’t trust this hotel.

Cons:

Upon arrival they could not honour the booking and moved us to the 4 star sister hotel. No compensation for the difference in room rate. Pathetic.

Over priced
Pros:

Nice spacious room

Cons:

€380 for one adult and 3 children under 11 not including breakfast, very expensive. The pool is more like a large bath

Perfect for a few nights. Having a bar & restaurant next door was a bonus.
Pros:

Check-in staff were great and clear instructions on using the car park. Special thank you to the young gentleman who is a marathon runner.

It was all good.

Top Class Outstanding
Pros:

We stayed the Sunday night of the May bank holiday, we had the most fantastic time. We were fortunate enough that our room was ready earlier than check in time. The room itself was fabulous, so comfortable and spotless with a mini fridge. The best night sleep, we were not the 7th floor facing the road. The only one tiny down fall was that the bathroom shower facilities are a combined shampoo and body wash. Breakfast the following morning was outstanding cooked to order. Every member of staff was genuinely lovely.
