The over all stay in the hotel was out of this world
The staff were so accommodating and really looked after us especially with a later check-out and our parking.
The breakfast staff couldn’t have been nicer and really looked after me regarding my gluten allergy.

Our room , what a dissapointment . I had requested turndown service and prosecco on arrivel . Didnt get it . Asked the indian concierge on saturday and he said it wpuld be done on our return to hotel. It wasnt
On friday night it was raining inside the room it was like having a shower on there was so much water coming in arpund the window.
The wind was howling around the room all night it was like being putside we were freezing. The aircon didnt come on it doesnt work.
Fake tan all over the beams by the window, hairs in bath and sink .
Everything was in excellent shape: no dings in moldings/doors/wall paint/etc. We do not typically rely on bell staff or concierge staff, but someone was always available to help. Breakfast was not a buffet but a sit-down menu service: much higher quality of food and coffee. It was our first visit to Limerick, so we didn’t know the area but were ultimately happy with the location.
This is no reflection on the hotel, but we’re not sure if this was the best location for us to optimize our first visit to the city: we were happy but don’t know the area well enough to state definitively if it is the best location for a tourist visit or not.

The room is clean and comfortable
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Parking was expensive. We paid 16 euros for overnight parking which was quite alot considering that it was offsite parking.

Everything was clean and beautiful.
The room was about +30, when the outside temperature was +19. We asked the staff to fix the problem, and they brought two fans and opened the window. This made it bearable, but not what I would expect when paying 200+ € for a night.
Area was very nice. Staff was wonderful both at the front desk.

It's a beautiful hotel We have stayed here a few times this is the first time I was disappointed
I was on the second floor and there was a strange smell of sewage in our room it was there all night Did mention at reception, they were sorry and gave us free parking Not good enough Also breakfast was chaotic to get seated

Lovely staff, very large comfortable bed, nice view over the city!
It’s absolutely not a 5 star hotel. But would be a perfectly acceptable 4 star.
