The pillows were too flat and only 1 elevator in the building sometimes it will take a while to wait on it.

The ac unit was so loud it sounded like a jet engine I our room! Every time it started it sounded so loud it kept us all awake and hardly got any sleep! Not sure if it was just our room or what! Room 219!!
