Staff is friendly. Clean and comfortable. Close to the dragon bridge, Han market, etc. which is amazing.

It’s very old without any maintenance, it’s amazing beautiful Vintage but really needs works of repair ! Staff excellent, welcoming and helpful 5 stars to them.

The property is run down and outdated. The name sign of hotel is mussing letters.
The property is a little too old and need for major renovation. Cleaniness need improvement and room with facilities not proper such as tv not working well, tap problem, many walls with water seepage and insects (mosquito and ants).
Amazing view of the city and river. Couldn't close curtains it was so good. Hotel clean and in good area for getting around. Service great.
Although the hotel are quite old， the service of the staffs are very helpful
여행을 많이 해야 하기 때문에 항상 저렴한 호텔을 찾습니다. 어떤 때는 배나 싼 느낌을 받습니다. 그래서 선뜻 예약을 하고 나서 막상 가서 보면 실망할 때도 있지만 이 호텔은 그렇지 않았습니다. 시설도 이 정도면 만족합니다만 직원이 조금 불친절했습니다.

Great place. We’ll definitely stay here again. The hotel restaurant is quite good too.
최악... 마사지는 퇴폐업소임. 그리고 콘센트들이 고장나서 냉장고 여러개등등 전기없이 생활. 밤에 잘때 은근히 전신거울부터 구조가 이상해서 무서움.

First of all reception showed no interest in us. There was no welcome tea or coffee in the room and I called the same receptiom lady. She said I should buy! I complained, then she sent 3 tea bags. Toilet easte box was full of waste from former guests. Wall paint peeling off continuously. We regret having chosen old, poorly managed hotel. Hiroshi
ベトナムでは、比較的フレンドリーな対応が多いがこちらは流れ作業。チェックイン時間も受付がいない。声をかけると、隣の部屋で寝ていた。
部屋は、他者も書いているが丸を描くような掃除なので端の方には、長い髪の毛や色々なゴミがたまっている。ベッドサイドも同様。
Please do not disturbのランプを点灯させてもお構いない。連日、朝8:30にチャイムをならされルームクリーニングに回って来る。以降、連絡を入れないと掃除、タオル交換されないと思われる。
spaは男向け。
チェックアウトはエクスペディアで12時とあるが11時を過ぎた位には、チェックアウトは10時と電話が来て追い出された。
ビジネス利用だったからいいものの、リゾート気分で泊まるところではない。他にも安くていいところはあるので、そちらをすすめる。
