Really enjoyed our stay that I am booking here again for our next vacation. The area is accessible to everything
Pros:

The location is great, hotel is very clean, and quiet.

Cons:

That housekeeper never left us clean towels our stay was 5 nights we had to go ask at front desk.

Nice hotel, great location, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Nice facility. Very clean and comfortable. Great location to go to a Packer game. It looks like it was recently updated which was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was very lacking. We got there about 8am and there were no eggs, sausage, etc. We waited to see if more would be brought out but it was not. We did get muffins, cereal and toast, coffee and juice. Also, the price was pretty high due to the location, and the Packer game the next day. Not sure what the normal charges would be.

Cons:

The room lighting was so dreary. The pillows were lumpy, and the beds a little too hard. But it was really the overall ambiance.

Front desk staff left me feeling underwhelmed.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, pool room was clean, great breakfast selection. Just an over all pretty hotel for your stand basic hotels.

Cons:

Double charged my card for the holding fee when I asked the front desk she blew me off and said there’s nothing she can do. I was traveling on a major budget so that was an additional $50 I was with out for the trip. Now I have to wait for the bank to release not just $50 but $100. We asked for extra towels and didn’t get them so I went to the pool room and got towels for the shower. We don’t have top sheets only fitted. The air conditioner vent fell off in the middle of the night I set it back on. The hotel its self was beautiful but unfortunately the interaction I had with the front desk left me feeling very underwhelmed to come again. This was my first time not using choice hotel and I think I’ll go back to choice hotels

Pros:

Location close to the mall. Liked the layout of 2 separate rooms. One had 2 sets of bunks & other had king bed.

Cons:

Alot of cobwebs on the ceiling & lights--especially right over the bed. We killed 2 spiders. A very musty smell in the room. Only solution front desk gave us was a bottle of spray air freshener.
