Dirty room and rude staff
Pros:

I used to like staying here but it seems to have gone downhill.

Cons:

Very dirty when I arrived… as you can see from the pictures, the housekeeping staff does a real thorough job. And the woman at the desk was super rude to me when I was checking in, tried telling me I was going to have to pay $20 more than what I paid when I booked online, even though she acknowledged that their prices were listed wrong online. How would I know that… when you book something online, you pay what it charges. If those prices aren’t correct, that’s on you. And then she was rude to me as if it was my mistake. Definitely staying somewhere else next time.

Nice, clean hotel that seems to have a lot of potential
Pros:

I really felt like the lady on my way out checking out was pretty rude. Also, your breakfast buffet had no signage explaining the foods. I can’t eat pork so I couldn’t touch any of the meat because there was no proper signage anywhere.

Cons:

I felt like for the price I paid. The staff could’ve been a little bit more friendlier, and the breakfast could’ve been a lot better.

I’m writing because my stay was extremely disappointing. The jacuzzi tub had a ring of grime and made a high-pitched squeal when running. There was tape peeling from an old paint job hanging off the walls, and old food left in the refrigerator — which tells me housekeeping didn’t properly clean the room, and whoever inspected it didn’t check it either.

Check-in was also a mess. The older woman at the front desk kept saying she “doesn’t check people in.” Why not? Checking guests in, out, and handling reservations is a major part of the job. So is she not trained properly, or not trained at all? The whole interaction was frustrating and unprofessional.

The breakfast potatoes were still frozen and the sausage links were barely warm

This experience was far below the standard I expected, and I’m asking for this to be made right.

Best hotel I have stayed in whilst over in America with the most friendly staff and ever so clean to
Pros:

The staff here went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and it was actually a shame to leave, I could not have asked for anything else, there was a friendly welcome at the front desk, a friendly face at breakfast and a friendly face at check out too.
My room was very clean and of a very good size, the facilities in this hotel also were good, although I didn’t have time to use them I did have a look, and everything was so well kept. I would recommend staying here, I would definitely stay again!

Good hotel accommodations for the price
Pros:

This hotel was comfortable and clean. The room was large enough to accommodate six of us. Close to the airport. Friendly staff. Breakfast was available, but we left before it opened.
