My husband, son and I stayed for one night and enjoyed the hotel. The room was clean and roomy enough for the three of us. The staff (front desk and bartender at The Bruce's lounge) were friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient - very close to Highway 401.
Liked pretty much everything about the place.... right off the 401 exit..... staff, from desk clerk to cleaning lady, very friendly. Inside the room was very nice. We had two comfortable beds, large desk area with good lighting throughout. The shower worked well, lots of places to store things. Water was almost instantly hot and very strong water pressure. Plenty of carts to get your luggage to your room.
it's not that I didn't like it's just that I would have preferred separate switches for the light and fan in the bathroom. Having them together means should one get up to use the bathroom during the night and turns on the light then with a fan automatically coming on, there is a greater chance of the other person being woken up.

Property is in a convenient location to shops and restaurants as well as close to airport.
Usually our rooms are very clean but this stay clearly surfaces were not cleaned, drink spills and cup rings on desk, night stands left from previous guests.
Big clean rooms. Will return! But lacking any type of breakfast that is included. At the price I paid would have been ice! Regardless great and highly recommend!!
