Pros:

It is very close to the beach, and you can get a great view of sunset. Very quiet. The suite that my family and I was spacious. Dated, but very well kept up. Checking in and checking out was painless.

The surprise of a damage deposit of 150.00 dollars at check in. Then the length of time to have it returned.

We would definitely stay again and would recommend staying here!
Pros:

As soon as we walked into our room we could tell it was clean and well cared for. It has a small, full kitchen that is full stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. The bed is very comfortable with plenty of good pillows. The balcony had a great view. The grounds are very cared for. Pool was open and attended to. Everything we needed was right there on the property and in good working order.

Cons:

We didn't mind but our room was small, good size for 1 couple. The chairs on the balcony aren't the most comfortable. The bathroom is difficult to navigate with more than a single person in it.

The hotel was exactly as advertised. Clean, no frills, and a great value for an ocean front room.
Pros:

Exactly as advertised. Room was clear - No frills. Great ocean front view. I did not go to the beach due to the weather and time of year but it looked very good. The kitchen provided everything needed.

Cons:

The TV was difficult to operate. No front desk help after 5:00pm. Parking was very tight.

We found our new favorite spot!
Pros:

Room was clean. We added an extra night last minute and they made it very easy. We are planning a trip back in September already! Was the closest hotel in the immediate area to the beach and it made beach days very convenient. Close to all the big Myrtle Beach attractions, but not overly crowded.

Cons:

The pool was closed while they were doing some construction to the building but it was also March and there were some chilly days where we would not have wanted to be in the pool anyway.

I absolutely loved the peace and quietness around the area. The oceanfront view was amazing.

Cons:

The bed was extremely hard. The tv’s in the rooms didn’t connect to the WiFi. Not enough sitting area for everyone in the living room.

Pros:

Очень уютный и чистый номер, красивая деревянная мебель, хорошо оборудованная кухня со всем необходимым кухонным инвентарем, хороший вайфай и доступ к ютубу. Приятный и вежливый персонал, с которым мы смогли понять друг друга, не смотря на очень плохой наш английский, мы из Украины. Живописный вид на океан, чистый песчаный пляж. Рекомендуем посетить этот отель.

I like that that the property was clean right on the beach in spacious

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like is that we had to clean up. We had to make sure the trash was out the room was pretty clean and put the laundry in the bathroom, which wasn't much but they put a note stating that if the room wasn't pretty much clean, you would have to be charged $75.
